Everything is perfect wit my new Ford Transit, I couldn't be happier with it! 10 stars to the van and customer service.

As a woman I really respected that I didn't have 4 salesman running over to me to try and sell me the world. I knew what I wanted to see but it was still nice to walk around at my own pace to see the large section of vans they had available. Once I came to the Iveco Daily that I was interested in, I was ready to approach a salesman for some more information. This is when I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael who I would highly recommend if you visit Woodlands Van Centre. When he answered all of my questions, I was happy to commit to the purchase! - I signed the paperwork and arranged a day to come and collect it. On the day of collection, everything was ready on time and I was driving it away. I recently bumped into a dog walker and showed off my new van, only to find out she had a van from this dealership as well! She had just as good of an experience.

I don't take any prisoners so luckily the salesman was very nice to deal with, otherwise I would of asked to deal with someone else. The whole process was made easy and finally I found a dealership that doesn't try to complicate the little things. Everything went as expected and I got a great van. It's been a great bit of kit, I've just ordered roof rails  so once they come it'll be perfect.

The customer service we received from everyone involved at Woodlands Van Centre was honestly first class! - We didn't feel pressured or swayed into buying a van, in fact it was completely the opposite because we were allowed to walk around the forecourt at our own pace. Once we approached Michael about the Ford Transit we were interested in, he was quick to pass us the keys and to take it out on a test drive. Faultless service and we got a good quality van.

Michael really made my buying process so much easier and he really knows his stuff because he was able to answer every question I threw at him. I've used my VW Crafter every day since I purchased it, and it's been amazing, I've not had any issues at all.

If you're looking for a straight forward service, then I couldn't recommend this company enough because nothing was too much trouble for the sales team, and everything was straight forward. Even the paperwork was made easy, which is usually the worst part. I've had a Renault Traffic in the past, so I knew what to expect when I purchased another one. Currently I've had no issues what so ever.

Me and my partner purchased the Mercedes Sprinter from here because we are currently converting it into a camper! Which is very exciting, it's something we have always wanted to do but never got around to it. We haven't made much progress on the van since we got it last month but we will! Michael was the salesman on the day and he was perfect. There was no hard sell, it was made really easy and I would highly recommend him. I look forward to showing him the before and after pictures.

Overall excellent experience no pushy selling great range to choose from vehicle we chose was clean and very well presented new boarding out inside a bonus. There was a broken indicator lenses on the drivers side mirror but after bringing it to the attention of one of your guys it was replaced straight away excellent service. One minor niggle I should have checked no spare tyre on board but past that the van drives very well and got us back to Inverness with no worries at all and the fact we could drive it back on business insurance until we got ours sorted again was a welcome added bonus I have no problem at all recommending Woodlands van centre where very pleased and looking forward to using the van to camp out in this spring thanks again all the best John.
