We showed up without an appointment, but the team was accommodating and were still happy to look after us during our visit. The van itself is everything you expect it to be. They agreed to replace the battery before the purchase was completed, which was a nice touch.

My experience with Woodlands Van Centre was perfect and ideal. I chose their site because they had the most competitive prices in the market. Unfortunately I was in an accident the Tuesday and needed a new van ASAP. I couldn't work or drive for a day or two, so they held the van for me until Thursday. This gave me enough time to make a claim on my insurance whilst recovering from the accident which I really appreciated. They even took care of the insurance and tax for 24 hours, making the process even more convenient. I’d rate my experience 5/5. I would definitely return if anything happened to my van and would recommend them to anyone.
