Very smarmy with there replys when trying to negotiate a deal

An excellent all round experience from the first contact with Aidan to the collection of vehicle.Could not have been more helpful and patient with my phone calls and guiding me through all the details and procedures of buying vehicle.As this was during the Festive season and travelling down from Scotland it was very much appreciated.When i arrived and met Aidan i was made to feel very welcome and we had time for a chat as went through the paperwork.Will be keeping in touch with Aidan and recommeding him to friends when they are thinking of changing vehicle.All the best Aidan and team.Thanks

Bought car not knowing it had failed MOT, 2 days b4 I went down to buy it, 5 weeks later I get the same problem as MOT failure, bit helpful at all, would not recommend

I was looking to buy a Maserati and found one at Woods of Wirral. I looked at their reviews and I was impressed. I made an appointment to view and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the quality of their stock! There was no "salesman pressure" that you expect, just pure professionalism from Aiden who made the whole transaction a pleasure from start to finish. Bought a car in August after a week strong smell and smoke coming from engine so got AA to take it back as advised not to drive it . Got it back after couple of weeks, saying all good as soon as got back home same problem . Took it back salesman tried to say it just heat shield causing smell/ smoke !!! Car luckily a Kia with warranty still on it so went back into dealership again as garage did take it back to them after first return . Garage asked us to sort with dealership as they had argued with them . Found a pipe had split and Kia sorted No courtesy call from Woods at all , very poor . As said luckily it was Kia so sorted under warranty. Would not use Woods again as not interested in helping once they had money from you
