Well what can I say about Woods of wirral they are the best car company I've ever gone to very polite very cheerful and always have a smile ☺ I went in to look at a vauxhall zafira and I was unsure but when I spoke to aiden I was emmedlety sold so once again guys keep up the good work and see you soon

Terrible people they took a £500 deposit and then did not refund it after the car was not wanted.. they also lied to black horse finance to secure the deal which I told them I wasn’t happy with, that’s no way to run a company ! There’s obviously some really happy people on here commenting and that’s good that you had good service but I will be reporting them The black horse finance, unless the deposit is refunded. No paperwork was signed apparently the £500 was kept as the salesman done a lot of work as he’d been on the phone and had to work out a part exchange price on the old car.. !! The garage told us that the car finance could be taken out in my name but after talking to black Horse the car had To be owned and insured by myself but this car was to used by my son, I told the garage the next day and they refused to pay my son his deposit back,.. they misled him and took the deposit from him disgusting practice Hi Steven, we are sorry that you are dissatisfied, but as we have explained, deposits are non-refundable. We took the car off sale following your request for us to do so, and lost a sale to another purchaser on the basis that you were going ahead. Unfortunately we cannot refund deposits where buyers simply change their minds. The situation you mention regarding Black Horse is incorrect. We have an excellent relationship with Black Horse and we are Trading Standards Approved. I trust this addresses your concerns. Woods of Wirral you have my number you can call me at any time luke, you can be trading standards approved and still be in the wrong you can be 4.5/5 and still be in the wrong which you are.. dosnt matter How many good reviews you have you now have a bad one and for good reason Woods of Wirral the situation regarding black Horse was not wrong at all your sales man called me up Jamie I believe, to Do the finance on The car for my son, the lady on the Phone said I had to insure and drive the car myself I wasn’t just to be guarantor but the owner of the car, you called my son and said the finance had been Accepted and took a £500 deposit before you’d even spoke to me, I called my son and told him I didn’t want to be the owner of the car he then called you within 2 working hours of him putting the deposit down to say what has happened you then said he wasn’t getting his deposit back.. if your that desperate for a 20 year olds £500 that says a lot about your business...

Bought a £40.000 Porsche Cayenne in may from woods of wirral , beautiful car took out 6 months ex werr to be on the safe side which included everything. First sign of cold heater didn’t work but luckily enough I had 1 month warranty left guess what not covered. Ha ha Was told it was the bosses car so he knew it wasn’t working. But he would call to sort . Guess what yes after at least 10-15 calls nothing. Really disappointed they seemed so nice. But I guess I’d be nice if I’m having someone over.

Living some distance away from the dealership I was always dubious about buying a vehicle I couldnt just pop out to view. Aidan Who I dealt with guided me through the process from start to finish. After the second phone conversation I was more than happy to leave a deposit and reserve the vehicle. He was honest and described the vehicle exactly to me. I would recommend to buy from Woods. Bought a car £17k went to pick it up when I got home noticed a dent texted Aidan and had not come back to me also not serviced and only 1500 miles until next service Not great service

Woods of Wirral were bad news from start to finish in my honest opinion, and I was told that I had been a pain from day one, well if wanting thee faults fixed then yes I'm a pain but I spend my hard earned cash I would expect things to work as they should. Trading standards approved yes maybe they are but it's not hard to be that at all. In the end after another major problem I was told they would not pay for the work to be done (rear diff) so I had a full refund,but I bet the jobs been done and the car has been sold just not to the PAIN customer.
