Traveled 150 miles to view a car all the paperwork done ready to purchase the car but it turned up the dealer had a bad day and just went off when i was trying to take the engine top off to take a closer look at the engine and he was very angry about it ! Not the way to treat your customers ! I DO NOT RECOMAND !! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !

Purchased my Bmw X5 just over 6 months ago with 12 months warranty. Engine light came on after 4,000 Miles (5months). I've had no problem with Wr Car sales in having my car sorted. Took them around 10 days to have it fully fixed from the moment I picked the phone up to report the issue. Wasn't cheap either. £1200. I'd highly recommend them and would certainly be going back for my next car.
WR helped me to get the best finance deal and where very helpful in the service.

WR Car Sales did everything to help me get the best finance deal.
WR Car Sales seemed good until car developed a £9k fault within a couple of months of ownership because it has been remapped without my knowledge and possibly clocked. The warranty given wasn't interested as the car had been modified. These jokers won't even return my calls. Off to court we go!

I'm wondering if you have had a response from WR Cars ref your A6. I bought a discovery from them in May/June 2017 and I have approx £5000 worth of issues. Same as you they will not respond to my calls or letters which I've been sending over the past month. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

WR car sales have remedied my situation to my satisfaction.
I bought a Car from here in January. It was in good condition and very clean and the staff were very helpful. The engine management light has recently come on but other than that its been fine. I'm just waiting to find out of the issue is covered under warranty.
