I bought a Audi S3 from WR Car Sales only to get it home and discovered the cam bearings in the engine. Called them to inform them of the problem and they basically said it was my problem. After a lot of messing around I took them to court and won so got my money back. STAY AWAY.

Don't suppose it was a Merlin purple s3 was it? Still up for sale and seems to of been on and off for sale a lot over the last 12 months.

WR Car Sales sold me an A6 that needed £9k or repairs (gearbox and ecu) and won't even return my calls. I'm taking them for the full amount plus hire car costs in the meantime. Did you recover your legal costs?
The car has had numerous problems from day one which I wasn't made aware of, it was MOT tested before the sale so I'm certain they were aware of the cars faults and just put the car out and crossed their fingers. I've spent hundreds getting it put right, I personally wouldn't buy from them again.
