We arranged to view a Nissan Qashqai over the phone and gave a £100 holding deposit subject to us having a drive on the following saturday. When we arrived Lee (the salesman we had been dealing with, greeted us at the door offering us a coffee as we had travelled some distance. once we had used the bathroom and sorted the kids out we where taken to the car and it was lovely just like we had been promised, we test drove it quickly and returned back. We where surprised to hear that they had MOT'd and Serviced the car the day before so we could drive away on the same day saving having to come back again.. Overall I was really happy with the experience and would recommend this garage.
DO NOT BUY from here Terrible customer service,do not stick to there written agreements treat customers like rubbish!! Save yourself the stories that comes out of there mouths they think customers are stupid and there services are a joke take the mick out of people. Awful customer service at Wright Car Centre.

thanks for the review, as you know, we refunded your deposit due to unforseen circumstances, your partner Jason said he was more than happy for us to find him another car that would suit, oplease give us a call at the garage to see if we can help any further.
We test drive a vehicle from this company and all seemed fine We placed a refundable deposit on the vehicle two days later. After doing numerous vehicle checks we discovered the vehicle was not moted and should not have been driven on the road. We then contacted the seller and informed them we do not wish to proceed with the sale. The seller then claimed we had not test driven the vehicle and stated that the deposit was non refundable. Stay well clear of this seller if you value your family's safety and your money. We are currently seeking legal and trading standards advice.

Thanks for the review. We had actually agreed a deal on the car and had started work on the items you had asked for one of which was an expensive trim item that you wife insisted on. the deposit was refundable subject to you finalising the deal which you did. it is a shame that you felt you had to give such a harsh review.
We have bought 4 cars from the Wright car centre and we have always found them friendly and if we have had any problems they have always looked after us and that's the biggest thing to us when buying a car.
I bought a Ford from The Wright Car Company back in May, the service throughout was excellent and the car is in great condition, they did take a while getting the car ready which is why they lose a star but they are still an excellent place to do business with and I highly recommend them.
