We recently bought a car from John Parker who was courteous to a fault. The sales peocess went smoothly and we would thoroughly reccommend this dealership.
Part exchanged a car here and got a very competitive price. The vehicle I got was also generously priced. However, the car I got soon needed a new clutch and may need a new battery. In total has cost me over £500. The car has also developed more issues. Wasn’t expecting to pay out so much after buying a car. Customer after care should be a lot better.
We have bought a BMW 525D Estate with the Dealership to have reoccurred issues with the rear pneumatic suspension system, which the Dealership tries to avoid repairing leaving us with the hefty quotation and with no car for month now. After seeing the previous reviews it seems the company has gone downhill since we have initially saw in the review and the customer service is equal to Zero. Even when contacting John Parker, the owner of the dealership, the matter seems to have not been considered to be taken seriously and therefore we have now rejected the vehicle as it's not fit for purpose and got in touch with the financing company and also are in touch with the retail ombudsman to resolve this issue. STAY AWAY from this dealership if you are looking to have an Aftersales Support!

Bought a nice Audi A7 from this dealer - couldn't test drive due to covid, yet despite some worrying reviews, bought the car anyway. The car has vibration, pulling to the right and two of the luxury functions of the car were broken. This dealer tried so hard to get out of fixing the major issues, and did fix some minor issues, yet ended up braking my door cover in the process. Went to Audi dealer and the car has a engine oil leak, bad mounts and off side control arm needing replacing - cost is just shy of £4k with an Indy garage. Thought about going to court. My advise is just examine the car - they do not check them, and they will not do a good job repairing them either. Will never go there again. Ever.

Horrendous experience after buying a car from this dealership. Their after sales is non-existant, communication is half arsed at best and their general attitude is p*ss poor! I’ve had countless problems with the car during the 5-6 months of ownership, the first issues began within the first 4 weeks of having it - a major fuel leak being the main problem which is not only a nuisance and horrendously messy but obviously dangerous too! Fumes from this are also coming into the cabin through fans etc when the car is in use, especially at idle. The dealership have had their chance to repair these problems and have failed, despite having the car at their “workshop” for nearly 2 weeks! If anything, it seems worse, the issues are still very much apparent. I hate having to complain but am not at all happy and can’t wait to get rid of the vehicle. If you like to waste your time, effort and money on cars then this is the dealership for you!

I bought a car 2 weeks ago and the process was very straightforward. Peter answered all my questions and was very friendly. Highly recommend!
Simply avoid Wright Vehicle Solutions, as soon as you have any issue’s with a purchase and you are dealing with John or Paul (directors of the company) it’s a different story from the sales team which to be fair I couldnt fault. I was shouted at, got told I didn’t know what I was talking about, told some absolute garbage excuses for the issues we had, was shocking . Eventually accepted the car back after I had an independent report done on the car and threatend court action. Turned out the car had rear end repairs which suggested it had been in an accident which of course i was never told about. Was left out of pocket and of course they made money off the car I p/x’ed in....... avoid.

Richard in response to Horrendous after sales, avoid.......
Thanks for the review, I was just about to call them to buy a transporter van but after reading this and other reviews I think il leave it
Wright Vehicle Solutions is a spot on place to buy, i have had six vehicles from these guys and the reason i keep going back is because they care, wouldnt go any where else. Richard is a gem and paul is a true man to his word
Me and my wife have bought a 2011 Ford Fiesta from Wright Vehicle Solutions, after going through a fiance company to buy a newer car after are beloved 2005 Honda Civic suffered front end damage in an accident. We have had the Fiesta now 1 year 2 weeks, just had a new MOT done on the car and it failed on a tyre and an advisory for lower suspension arm ball joint cover/near offside. I got my good friend, who is a fully experienced car mechanic to check the ball joint cover but as he was checking the car over,he noticed a slightly wider gap between the drivers side wheel arch and the body work at the rear. When he checked the rear tyre on the drivers side,he noticed that the wheel itself is not straight/true.It's actually leaning out as you look downwards from the top of the wheel to the bottom. I took the car back to WVS and a nice sales gentleman listened to my concerns about the rear drivers side wheel. He then went to go and speak with his manager (this other chap later turned out to be the OWNER of WVS motors). I spoke my concerns i've got about the rear wheel and asked him if i brought the car back, just to have the rear wheel checked over by one of his inshop mechanics, then i could be in peace of mind. Whilst i was there at this dealership,i had my mechanic friend with me at all times and he attempted to explain to the owner of WVS with regards the rear wheel. The owner just wouldn't listen or accept any responsibility but had infact said he would book my car in to be checked BUT at MY expense. The owner then went onto accuse my mechanic friend of being on drugs. His words in fact where."Are You On Glue Or Something".I was dumbstruck and totally lost for words that this so-called reputible car dealer can say something like this. I BEG and urge to everyone. To AVOID ever approaching this dealership when looking for a car.Go to someone who actually cares about their customers who buy cars from them. This arrogant, nasty, uncaring and insulting owner of WVS only cares about his profits. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
