I cant fault the sales guy Richard that I dealt with, an absolute top bloke. However, after owning a vehicle supplied by WVS for under five months, a fault occurred for which I returned the car to the garage for repair. Unable to fix the issue themselves, they instructed a third party garage to check and repair the vehicle. On being told this, and as the owner of the ‘’Ultimate Platinum Warrenty’’, I checked with WVS that this would be covered. Rather than check first, they indicated that I had nothing to worry about. Didn’t say yes or no, just nothing to worry about. Turns out it didn’t cover the fault, and rather than tell me so, they authorised the third party garage to go ahead and repair the vehicle with no further contact to me. The reason for this review!! On collecting my repaired vehicle I was handed a bill. Okay... is this not covered under warranty I asked? No!!! You have to pay because.......‘’It clearly says its not covered in the warrenty paperwork’’ It did too, and that’s ok if and when the fault was known, but not helpful when the garage fixes the problem without sharing the unknown fault first. After explaining that I was told I had nothing to worry about, I was informed that.... “we would never say something like that” even though at the time I’d had a friend with me who is a Wright Vehicle Solutions repeat customer of several times. After a few exchanges of hostile expletives words with the company owner, I was told to just pay my bill, and get out or I wont get the car back!!! Charming..... although that back fired immediately as I had a courtesy vehicle that I said I would retain, It was explained to me then that Wright Vehicle Solutions are not in business to lose money, so to pay my bill and never return to Wright Vehicle Solutions again as I wouldn’t be welcome. Oh..... and my witness friend could follow the same path as he’s obviously thinks the same as myself!!! (Did you read the repeat customer part earlier). I went on to explain that I was currently looking at a second vehicle from their commercial part of the business, and was told not to bother as “we don’t want your (expletive) money....... I decided to settle the bill with a credit card under duress, and take further action later, firstly with my bank and then legally, and was told by the company owner they don’t except credit cards.......which was strange, as they did when I paid the deposit for the vehicle I did pay by credit card in the end though after being mere seconds away from phoning the police for refusal to return my vehicle. All in all, It appears to me that Wright Vehicle Solutions priority is sales and money, with a far lesser view to customer satisfaction and after sales service. I would say I’ve been left traumatised by the hostile confrontation over a bill less that £170.00,...... but I wasn’t. Instead I have been left in disbelief that a local business would rather argue shout and swear, than try to compromise and retain a customer. Well done Wright Vehicle Solutions for making sure I don’t return for any other business or recommend them to anyone else.
I have recently picked up my van from wrights vehicle solutions......The radio not working and wasnt when I left, told me to get my mate to do it? he by the way doesnt live near me gave me a life as dealership two and half hours away from me, and the same home! Bill handed me the instruction booklet and told me to read it fabulous service not! So very disappointed, contacted about locking knut but left message is unsure whether should have one or not?????? I couldn't recommend this company they just wanted my money and that's it!! Radio and other issue still not resolved and have a 30 day warranty which is obviously useless! Sadly they just don't want to know!
Cant complain about my journey at Wright Vehicle Solutions while buying a Vauxhall. Everything went smoothly without any hassles along the way. I would recommend.

No pushy salesperson, left to look around at each car at our leisure. Friendly salesman Sean, helped us make our choice. Listened to our needs, was able to sit in a few cars to get the feel of them. Finally decided which car We liked, went for a test drive and purchased that car. The following week my daughter purchased a car through Sean again. 3 weeks later, back again to see Sean and I purchased a Nissan Juke this time. So a very happy family all round. Big thanks to Sean at Wright Vehicle Solutions.
