Just like to comment on the super service at Wrights Motors, no hard sell, left to test car on open road, all paperwork exactly as promised including some extras added by myself, Mark took care of the cherished number transfer far beyond what a dealer is expected to do. Car seems great, excellently prepared and presented, thanks also to Adam Smith for his enthusiastic approach.

Wright’s motors are fantastic. Very helpful, friendly what you see is what you get. The car was amazing so clean and tidy and that was before it was cleaned and done by them. Last month I was purely browsing the Auto Trader site with a view to replacing my aging Fiesta Diesel at some point in the New Year. An advert for a low mileage Fiesta Diesel Zetec caught my eye & the next morning I rang Wrights Motors to enquire for further details. I spoke with Mark Wright who was most helpful & totally impressed me with his professionalism & knowledge & not at all pushy in trying to sell the vehicle, as this was initially just an enquiry. As I live in Greater Manchester. I decided it would be impractical to travel down to Norfolk to view the vehicle although I was interested. Mark explained that if I was able to leave a deposit to secure the vehicle, he would ensure that it would be delivered to my home address on a low loader for a small charge. Within ten minutes the deal was done with my own vehicle taken in part-ex with no fuss, I was away on holiday when I received a call that due to unforeseen circumstances, it may not have been possible to deliver the vehicle on the day agreed. As I had already changed the insurance to day the day I returned from holiday and was working early the next morning. I anticipated an issue. I need not have been concerned. I received a call from Mark to advise me that since he had agreed to deliver the vehicle on a specific day, he indeed would ensure that this would happen. In fact, Mark departed Norfolk personally at 05:00 and was at my home address some 300 miles away at 10:30. The procurement process of my replacement vehicle was so simple and effortless on my part ie; two or three telephone conversations, I cannot recommend Wrights Motors too highly. It was only a second hand Fiesta that I purchased but was treated as though I was buying a £74,000 Bentley. The professional standards of this company are outstanding and I would highly recommend Wrights Motors of Norfolk, with special thanks to Mr Mark Wright. incidentally, my vehicle arrived fully valeted with 12 months full RAC breakdown cover and exactly as described in the telephone conversation. When the time comes once again to replace my vehicle, I will certainly be speaking with Mr Mark Wright once again as my first point of call regardless of the 300 mile distance.
