I sent an email to Wynyard on there enquiry line to say I was interested in a Mercedes was it still available could I call into view the car, and gave a pre arranged time. ( no reply to my mail ). I phoned the following day and asked about the car someone took my number and told me the car would be ready to view in the afternoon. The day of the visit I phoned to say I was on my way, upon arrival I walked into the showroom there was a guy sitting at a desk he said I will get the keys, I stood outside with my wife for 10 minutes still no keys, I asked another member of staff if he could assist but was told he was to busy after another 5 minutes or so we decided to leave whereupon the guy ran out to catch us with the keys in hand and asked what we thought of the car. I have never had a car presented for sale in such a poor condition, the outside was filthy covered in bird droppings and there were marks all over the centre console. After our inspection we noticed the passenger door did not line up with the rear door the shut lines were miles out, the chrome on the front bumper was peeling and the bumper was split, I pointed all of this out to the salesman who has never introduced himself , where upon I was told what do you expect the car is 4 years old, I replied but the price tag is £30,000 car. On that note I left worst sales experience I have ever encountered I will never cross Wynyard's forecourt again
Was looking for a Z4 30i but there weren’t to many about then I see this one at Wynyard, very good spec and even better price. Greg did get a bit defensive when asked about the cars MOT & it’s advisories but when collected car had a fresh MOT with no advisories Car was presented very well but the air freshener was very potent even with the roof down. Was a very long round trip, but it was worth it, car even had a set of four new tyres.

Deflating experience in being sold a premium luxury car only to find out that it had a cracked and scratched windscreen (amongst other bodywork defects). My expensive Oakley sunglasses and my wife’s CD were kept by the dealership despite being promised they would send back our personal belongings. We were very patient and polite about all issues, but that didn’t make the slightest difference. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I sold my 2017 BMW 2 series on motorways to wynyard motor company. The initial contact was great, communication was really good and friendly. They sent someone down to collect the vehicle and we agreed on a price I thought was fair. As I didn’t have the V5, we agreed that they would hold onto £500 as they “could sell the car until we get it”. They sold it anyway shortly afterwards. I got a call from Shaun who told me that the £500 would be “pinged right over” as soon as they receive the V5, he told me he had sold the car so he was quite keen to get hold of this. They received my V5, retained my private plate (Shaun agreed to do this for me and take the £80 off the £500) and told me to send him a photo of the new V5 when I get it. I sent this photo to him and he said he would pass my bank details onto accounts. Weeks have now passed and Shaun is not replying to messages. Neither is another colleague Charlie who originally dealt with buying my vehicle. I contacted their accounts today and a lady answered on behalf of her mum who was away? She nevertheless stated that this would be done today. Still nothing and they are all now ignoring my messages. As I haven’t bought a vehicle from them, I cannot rate the cleanliness or value for money, I see from other reviews that they are a good dealer so I’ve defaulted 5/5 for that as I can’t comment on it. As for helpfulness - good when they need you, when I’m owed money- no one cares. As for “issues were resolved quickly” - 1/5, it’s been weeks since I was told the money would be “right over”. Would I recommend? To buy a car- can’t comment. To sell to? No unfortunately not

Follow up to this- I have now received the money. I spoke to an owner of the company who was extremely apologetic and helpful. I do appreciate that over the Christmas period, things get missed or forgotten! If I knew how to remove a review, I would!
I have been searching for a specific model and colour of sportscar for a long time. I came across Wynyard through Auto Trader and as they were based 200 miles from my home I was initially very reticent to buy from a dealer so far away. The sales team, and the reviews, convinced me to proceed with the purchase. Wynyard had Falcon Performance service the car and the Falcon team ensured the car was in perfect mechanical condition. This was verified by my own local Maserati specialist. When the car could not be made available on a date convenient to me Wynyard had the car delivered to my home. I was a demanding customer to deal with but the sales team addressed all my requests with good humour and professionalism. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in. I would very happily buy my next performance car from Wynyard.

I was lucky enough to find Wynyard Motor Company by accident when searching for a used car for work. I made initial enquiry and within an hour I had a very honest personalised video presentation and a finance example sent to me via email. No hard sell, no hidden charges or stupid admin fees. Customer service is exceptional the highest quality vehicles a competitive price. What impressed me the most is the lengths Greg went to ensure that my new vehicle was completely to my satisfaction, this was regardless of cost, I wasn’t spending a fortune on my vehicle however I received the same level of service as if I had been spending £100k on a car. He really does want the customer to have the best possible buying experience. Wynyard will now be my first stop for my next vehicle, as said outstanding service, exceptional cars to a high standard. I bought with confidence from a gentleman with real integrity and honestly. I will recommend Wynyard and Greg to anyone who wants peace of mind when buying used. Cannot thank them enough... love my new little Astra, I smile every time I get in it. These are the best!

I was sold a CLA45, and in under four months of buying it, all four brake discs were warped simultaneously (less than 5k miles done by me, 23k miles overall on a 2 year old car). The company took no ownership and have left me with a £1,500 bill to pay as it's 'my wear and tear'. Their approach (and the response will undoubtedly prove) is unemphatic and shirks any responsibility, they will belligerently deny ownership whenever there is a fault with a car. When I queried it with them, they didn't even know the date I received the car; their record keeping is gung-ho and inaccurate. You will be okay if they sell you a car with no issues, but their vehicle checks are substandard, and should you encounter an issue, you'll be left footing the bill. I cannot stress enough, the deals might look good but you're running the risk of unexpected bills. Go to a proper dealer, these are cowboys. Do not buy a car from Wynyard Motor Company or any of their subsidiaries (LGM Prestige).

Hello Jack. I find it very unfortunate to see this review from you suggesting we take this approach, however this could not be further from the truth and take your disparaging remarks very seriously. For avoidance of doubt, you purchased a 17 month old (18) Mercedes CLA 45 AMG with 17000 miles in August from LGM Prestige. This car was sourced and supplied from an approved Mercedes Benz dealer. Mercedes Benz supplied ourselves with a pre delivery inspection, further to this we also carried out our own checks prior releasing the car to yourself. Fast forward 5 months and 5000 miles; you contacted us requesting replacement discs due to them being warped, furthermore you suggested this was present at time of collection. We have responded on every occasion suggesting this could not be possible and questioned why it has took this length of time to notify ourselves. We have supplied all documentation to verify the vehicle condition when supplied to you, however you still disagreed with the evidence given. We have suggested you possibly make a claim against Mercedes Benz as the vehicle is still in manufactures warranty, however due to the nature of the issue I believe the claim will be rejected based on operator error. On most occasions, discs becomes warped due to excessive heat or sudden braking, this is generally down to the operator driving style. I feel it is a shame you felt the need to write this review, however you did threaten us with this when we gave you our final response. Hope this clarifies our position once again.

We bought the Vauxhall insignia from Wynyard Motor Company, what can I say but fantastic service from Greg from start to finish gave us what we wanted for our car and sorted everything out all we had to do was pick the car up will defiantly be buying here again would highly recommend.
