I travelled 300 miles round trip to view the Audi A3 only to find it having multiple issues with it & a waste of journey & my day off work It was described as clean but had many faults to list which the sae person should of made me aware on telephone as they have so called over 30 years + experience in the car sales trade field - certainly NOT! So beware of this company

My family have purchased several cars from this garage over the last 13 years and the staff have gone above and beyond to address any problems, we have all our services carried out there and never once had cause for concern, I find it incredulous the person with the seat belt problem has tried to black the name of this garage, How lucky for Wythall cars that you no longer have this nasty, loudmouth, vindictive piece of work as a customer, WELL DONE WYTHALL CARS 10/10

DO NOT BUT A CAR from this garage. The rear seat belts were secured to the car by plastic tie cables on both window side rear seats. I have taken it to them back to the garage for 2 mot's since buying the car and it's never been picked up or they knew and passed it anyway. They and the mot testing place in earlswood have been reported to trading standards and the DVSA. I've been going to this garage for over 10 years and during that time I had noticed that anything gets through the mot andhad spoken with mark about it. They are rogue traders. I took my car back to the garage to show mark the seat belts and how they were attached he didn't want to know, wouldn't look and slammed the car door and stormed off. So much for excellent customer care. After 10 years of customer loyalty I was treated like that. I took it to a reputable Volvo dealer,to sort out and found out that the seat belt bolts were there but cable ties had seemed like a better option. I dont know how long I've been driving like that. My kids sit in the back, I/we were lucky not to have been killed by car dealers. SHAME ON YOU

I have used wythall car sales for many years now not only do they sell top quality used cars at a reasonable price, If you have any request for a model they will try to find it for you cheaper...their after service is fantastic. They also do car MOT and service at a price that is really good and guaranteed. Tony is a really helpful person and a credit to Wythall car sales.

Picked my car up and it broke down on the way home. Customer service is excellent just a shame the car was not fit for purpose. .the term they used.
