I brought mt Fiesta st from these guys a couple of weeks ago. The service I received was efficient and professional. After delivery of the vehicle I found that there was a slight issue. They were not obligated to sort this but they agreed to split the cost of the repair. In short a very good service and a happy customer.

Bought a Freelander HSE from the guys at YCC, only one issue after a couple of months was the alternator, but this was repaired under the extended warranty I bought. Very quick and efficient service.
Bought a BMW Estate, had a great service great deal and the owner Kris was always on hand to ask any questions.
YCC bought my wife's 11 year old Golf via Motorway. So I've never been there or met them but the whole sale and collection was handled very smoothly and efficiently. Right from planning the pick-up, meeting the collecting driver (very friendly and polite) paying, and even posting back an electric gate fob we had left in the car. Very impressed.
Fantastic service by a lovely team made everything seem effortless
Attempted to go above and beyond by taking a video of all imperfections. Car was grimy, rubbish and crumbs in cubbies, glovebox and the floor when it was delivered to us. A warranty covered issue has taken a month and still not sorted communication is disingenuous and some outright lies evidenced by the actions taken to cover up the lie. Genuine truthful communication may not have got it fixed quicker but we could have taken appropriate action so as not to have to cancel multiple appointments with the same nhs departments. Going round in circles. We impressed upon the sales guy multiple times that we have a newborn and 6 people with varying disabilities so a working car is imperative but also difficult to come by. Multiple appointments and therapy sessions cancelled.

I’m a novice when it comes to buying cars I made this clear with them. I financed a 1 series bmw, first I was told the car had no road tax, then when I signed my agreement and was ready to leave I was asked how do I want to pay the road tax, to which I said your advertisement said no road tax, I was then told this was a misprint and it’s happens. (I believe this to be false advertisement). Then I was told that the car had a full service, the car had been serviced but the cars computer was not updated to know. So I called up to speak about this issue. I was put threw to the the team who dealt with the service. From the get go the lady I was speaking to was impatient and rude, “She told me the car has had a service what more do you want me to do” Repeatedly to the point she eventually ended up shouting at me, At which point I wanted to speak to the manager, this man was called Stephen he was argumentative from the get go and when I explained I was Shouted at he then returned with you was shouting, “I did no such thing” All future communication from that point with Stephen the manager was met with “I don’t have time to deal with this, I don’t have time to deal with you.” By this point my initial problem was totally forgot about and I was returning the car due to the service I received within my 14 day cooling off period, I dread the thought of being out of my 14 days with these people. If this all day treat me when I can leave I can only imagine the service I would’ve received after. Then came my communications with Chris the owner, during our first phone call he called me ridiculous For wanting the computer updating because I would’ve ended up with the service light on earlier then the service was due. At that point when he realised I would have been driving around with a service light he then realised I wasn’t ridiculous. To top all this off with all the issues from the get go they have kept £200 of my £1000 deposit. This is a Honest Review of the service you will receive.

Had my car serviced which I was happy with but general engagement from staff is none existent. Woman I was dealing with was nice enough but they don't make you feel welcome. Have used them a few times and service is always the same. POOR. The staff give off a very cold atmosphere vibe. 4 Stars for Service/Mots 1 Star for Customer Service

I would not recommend these. Problem.with the ford focus we got from this garage was back and forth with the car 5 times, problem was never resolved, the car came out worse the last time then when it went in I also was supplied with a courtesy car which turned out to have no mot. Horrible service a complete let down of a garage and one I will never recommend.
I was pleased with YCC Used Car and Service Centre, I had an issue with the car 4 weeks on but which wasn't covered by the warranty I had which was disappointing but I wont put that as a negative against this dealership as it's just one of those things. The service i received was good, the car was ready to go when they said it would be and I would buy from them again with confidence.
