Would not touch this dealership or Citreon vehicles in any way shape or form after the service I have been given with my work van over the last year! Took 7 months to receive my van back after only having covered 9k tracked miles with it prior. Also they refused to store the van initially not only trying to get me to drive an unfit vehicle around but store it at my own home. I have had yet another have issue in November not even 7 weeks after receiving the van back, covered 7k tracked miles this time the engine light came on, for them to tell me yet again they would not store the van, provide a cover van (as it is a works van) and again tell me it wouldn’t be until next year they would even look at it. Not to mention that they were yet again trying to make me not only drive but store an unfit van until this time! This is a company van of which we have many and across the fleet we have nothing but problems with them! Would highly recommend avoiding at all costs! You will pay the difference in the end even if the vans are cheaper. Customer service was just as bad, both with myself and other people in the company trying to phone for updates etc getting nowhere and finding the staff quite rude and an unwillingness to help.

Phoned Yeoman Citroen today to get a wing mirror fixed first call went to an overflow call centre. Second call went straight through and was told by a Rotherhithe abrupt person it would take a couple of months to get the car in they’re so busy
Certain employees seem to have an inflated sense of importance, from blocking residents' access to driveway to take photos of cars for sale, to using residential parking spaces for their personal cars, presumably because Yeoman's don't let them park on their own premises. And when politely asked to respect the residents' parking scheme at least one employee responded with a middle finger salute. Lovely people.

Bought Citroen Picasso one year ago from excellent polite salesman Simon. Returned after the year for MOT with Yeomans. Totally different attitude from receptionist Kylie. Told her that alarm goes off when you lock doors with remote. Informed me abruptly it would not be under the MOT warranty and a charge of £96 to look for the cause. Received phone call from Kylie saying car failed MOT with brake pads. Cost would be £149, did I want them done? Refused, saying my husband was a mechanic and he could do them. Under 5 minutes received another call saying she had made a mistake and the brakes were an advisory and the car had passed. Would never go back to Yeomans for a service or MOT and will advise my friends not to either.

Salesman Paul at Yeomans Citroen tried all the tricks in the book to get me to buy a van: 1. Turned office heating up high, hoping I would complete an extremely overly expensive deal quickly just to get out of the heat. 2. Left me in the hot office several times to ask, in my opinion an imaginary, sales manager if they would accept an offer from myself. 3. Tried to become my best friend to get me to part with my hard earned cash. Etc., etc. I will never, ever be dealing with this company again and I will be advising my family, friends and colleagues to do likewise.
