Please avoid this dealer. I've owned an Audi for 20 years and have dealt with lots of dealerships (including Kidlington, Taunton, Poole and Stratford). The customer service from the Yeovil dealership is terrible, as is their record keeping. They seem to go out of their way to make warranty claims as difficult as possible and refuse access to Senior members of the team when trying to raise a complaint (I asked 2 members of staff for access to Senior management to hear my complaint and they refused). You are better off travelling to Taunton or Poole where the service is significantly better, or try the BMW garage down the road. I will raise this issue with Audi UK and hope that they take a good hard look at this dealerships behaviour and attitude. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

We had spent sometime looking at buying a car from Audi Yeovil today. We left the dealership at just after 11am advising we would let them know by 1pm if we would buy or not as needed to check out a couple of things. No intonation was give this was not accepted! We called at 12.24, sales person not available and then again at 1pm to buy the car.Apparently they sold the car just after we left! Where are their morals. They obviously do not stand by there word!

We have recently purchased a car from Audi in Yeovil the guys there were fabulous so professional and communicated with us in very difficult circumstances and all the way through explained everything so we understand everthing. Very helpful, lovely showroom and gave us a very good deal on our part exchange. We would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from then - Susie and Adrian from Bristol
Yeovil Audi is nothing more than an under the arches used car dealer who malingers behind the facade of being an Audi main dealer. Don't expect any security or support from Audi UK for their approved used scheme as they will not enforce their meticulous standards if the dealer states that it's not in their financial interest. I have now resorted to rectifying the faults from my own pocket. If only I could post photos in a review.
