Bought my car 2 months ago from the Yorkshire Trade Centre and was really pleased with the service. After 2 months my alternator went and I called to see if it was covered under the free warranty. I dealt with Bev she arranged to book the car in at my convenience and got it repaired for me. Really happy with them. Thanks.
No complaints at all! I am really happy with my new car from Yorkshire Trade Cars Centre. I bought a Dodge USA and up to now it seems to be great value fo money, I have had no issues with it at all. All of the dealers were helpful and I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

Bought a car from the Yorkshire Trade Car Centre with minor domestic issues, and then start having a problems with gears and clutch, took it to my garage and been told to put new parts because of the health and safety to not make accident. Told this to the company to they had a look at the car and said everything is fine and they not going to fix it or exchange parts even if i got this in my warranty! They were really rude and not professional staff who treats people like rubbish because they think they are god or something like that. Really not recommend this place! Will never purchase any cars from them! Be aware!

Staff from Yorkshire Trade Car Centre (Closed Down) in response to Horrible service
Thank you for your review Karolina. It is with regret you feel disappointed with our customer service as we are a family run business who strive to make you feel happy and comfortable. Unlike the failed starter motor that was replaced through the warranty free of charge, the clutch which you speak about had not failed or was neither slipping at the point when you brought it to us for inspection and was deemed fair wear for a vehicle of that age and mileage. I can only assume the clutch still hasn’t failed as I did reassure you that if the clutch was to fail in the first 6 months of purchase Yorkshire Trade Car Centre would cover the cost of the repair should you bring it back to us. I offered this in the hope that you would feel reassured. Again I am very sorry you feel a 1 star review is appropriate.
Brought a Cadillac online from the Yorkshire Car Centre and regretted ever having found their website. Car was always being repaired, a friend told me to check it's MOT history through the government website (first I'd heard of it) and it turns out if had failed it's previous MOT on many things, the majority of which needed replacing. The MOT certificate which I received with it had 12 months on it. The car had had parts sent over from the USA and had them fitted in the half an hour it took to get it from a failed MOT to a 'pass'. Putting petrol in one day and smoke starts bellowing from the bonnet, my disabled wife is sat inside the car scared for her life, 'luckily' it was just the radiator falling to bits (yet another repair) Less than 1400 miles used and the car is dead. Their legal firm Law-Gistics claims it's fair wear and tear. I claim I've been cheated out of £3.5k. Do not buy from these people as you will risk being treated like me, having a car like mine and losing loads of money like me.

Karl the salesman at Yorkshire Trade Car Centre I have no issues with. As he complied with all that he promised. The car had an MOT on purchase,by their garage, and passed with (one advisory), the back exhaust. This wasn't replaced as expected, but "gummed"up with silicone! Also, the 4 tyres were replaced because 2 were down to the mesh. I brought the car home aware that the exhaust problem existed, but wasn't happy (not sure that it should have passed anyway?). The following day it was leaking oil overnight in my garage. I rang YCC a and spoke to Chris the owner, he appeared to doubt what I was telling him. So I told him I was taking car to my local garage, as I had no confidence in his garage. They rectified the non existence of a sump washer and loose oil filter. Which was causing the leak. They proceeded to look at rest of the car, on my instruction. The so called "repair" to the rear exhaust, was a complete bodge, much worse than I was led to believe. Also, it was found that the near side rear shock absorber was leaking fluid. I immediately contacted Karl, and it was agreed that I would carry the £107 costs accrued for my peace of mind and safety. Karl asked me to get quotes for replacement of exhaust and shock absorber. Which I did. It was agreed through Karl with his boss Chris, that they would contribute £198.00 towards the total cost of £544.00. Which I agreed to. It was requested by Karl that they needed a VAT invoice with their company name on, for £198.00 which would be refunded to me by cheque. A week passed and the work was done. I contacted Bev at YCC, and she told me I would receive the £198 when an invoice for the full amount was received by them. I told her that she would only receive an invoice for £198 , which was the amount to be refunded, which I agreed with Karl. I advised her I wasn't going to comply, as that would mean YCC claiming £102.00 more VAT than they were entitled to!! At this point she was very abrupt and told me I would not be receiving the cheque I was owed. She then put the phone down! I was disappointed with this, as I feel I had a good relationship with Karl. But unfortunately because I wasn't willing to submit the invoice for the full amount including VAT, requested by Bev. The refund as agreed initially was refused. Public draw your own conclusion!
