Please believe the 1* reviews, I wish I had!! I would’ve saved myself a month of stress and anxiety, not to mention money. I had quite literally the worst experience I’ve had as a customer in any purchase. The highlights: - Car I purchased in “perfect condition, serviced that week” broke down while being delivered to me. Spent 2 hours ringing the driver (who repeatedly hung up on me) to find out why they hadn’t shown up. I finally got a call from the sales associate who let me know what happened. I took the day off work for nothing! - Two weeks later after fixing the issue that caused the breakdown, I was given a new delivery date. Again took the day off, only to be called the night before and told the delivery driver drove my car into a petrol pump and damaged it! - In the two weeks between these events I had emails and calls completely ignored by the sales associate for days on end as I repeatedly asked for an explanation as to what was wrong with the car I purchased. It took ringing head office to get any response (thank you to John Brocklehurst, the only competent employee I spoke to throughout this transaction) and even then got different stories from different staff - Finally asked for a refund which took over a week when I was told it would be 24 hours. Over £13k cash held hostage by these incompetent people - I was asked for confirmation of the bank account I transferred the money from in order to process the refund and was repeatedly told by the sales associate I got my own account details wrong. It turned out she she didn’t know the difference between a card number and an account number In summary, incompetent staff lacking basic interpersonal skills let alone sales skills (esp Brielle), poor communication both in the company (after manager Tracie informed me about the second accident I was told the next day by sales associate Brielle that there was no second accident!) and with the customer (ignoring emails and calls repeatedly). Not to mention the dodgy issues with the car. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this car finance company, which unfortunately is still ongoing. Within just a week of purchasing the car, I discovered multiple issues: the vehicle shakes and judders while driving, the window wasn't aligned properly, and the brakes were already squeaking. Despite reporting these problems immediately, l've been met with poor communication and complete disregard for my concerns. I have been left chasing the company, on a daily basis, for any response, and I feel utterly ignored. I have invested time and money into this. This situation has caused me immense stress and inconvenience, and it's clear that they're only quick to take your money and push through the sale, but completely neglect their responsibility afterward. I trusted this company to provide a reliable car, but they've proven to be untrustworthy and lacking in basic customer service. Avoid at all costs! I dealt with the Birmingham branch, where the so-called managers provided extremely poor service, lack communication between one another and were completely unhelpful. Michael Crew, the sales team leader, thinks it is professionally to make sarcastic comments and threatened to charge me for extra mileage. Kevin Gamble, the senior manager, was equally unhelpful and took three weeks just to respond.

Absolutely shite of a company from the manager to the service department haven’t a clue what they are doing the after car is very very very poor ! The sales staff have to be on point they will be kind and courteous to you at all times no grudges with them ,but the management at the Birmingham branch is atrocious the after care abysmal , do not take warranty out with these lot get it done separate with a reputable company, they will rip you off with gap insurance and warranty with a absolute shite of a company ! The so called mechanics have not got a clue I can go on and on , this is a genuine review , I don’t want anyone going through what I went through with this shite company !!!

Sales people at the Birmingham Car Supermarket branch are terrible and very unprofessional. Mislead us about the condition of their car and went back on the quote they gave for part exchange. Don’t trust them as they go back even on a written confirmation. They were least interested in selling the car and no courtesy for the customers. Would discourage anyone thinking about buying from them as their customer service is pathetic.
They sold me a car that is so rusty underneath that I don't want to drive it now that I have seen it. They won't give me my my money back. They say because the car drives OK then they consider there is nothing wrong. It was sold as very good condition but its so bad I don't think it will pass an MOT. If I could give them 0 I would.

I only had my car a week and it’s been so they say with a hydrid mechanic as it will only do 40 and the batteries need changing they never reply back and have given me a courtesy car and never reply to my phone calls

The manager sold us a car that broke down 1 hour after buying it. We (my wife and 2 young children) spent 5 hours in the car waiting for RAC to come When they eventually arrived they told us the car is no good and had it towed back to the dealer. The manager got back to me over a week later to say that there was nothing wrong with the car and delivered it back to me. The following day the car refused to start. It took over a week to get the dealership to agree to get the car towed to a Mitsubishi dealership and get fixed. Despite my NUMEROUS requests for a refund which I believe any normal individual should have been entitled to seeming that the car broke down an hour after buying it; the shady manager refused. He also made £3000 profit from the part exchange that I traded in. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE Look at other reviews on Google Wish I could give them 0 star review rather than the one star but zero stars does not exist!!!

Shocking customer service still waiting for money back
Avoid at all costs & after just reading previous review I have encountered the same experience. The car I purchased was also put through an illegal MOT, there was a 3 inch crack in the windscreen, a huge chunk out of one of the tyres and the other 3 should have had advisories on. Two of the tyres I was told would be replaced before delivery which was written on my order and this was not done. Within 24 hours I had 5 warning lights come on the car. Again I have been constantly ignored, no responses to emails or phone calls. I have now been waiting over a week for the money I have spent on the car to be refunded with constant excuses. I was put under pressure when the car was delivered if I gave them a good review I would get 12 months free AA recovery, I'm glad I refused until I was happy with the car. This is obviously how they get the positive reviews through bribery, I wonder what the AA would think about this tactic? I will be reporting to Trading Standards along with Autospot who conducted the MOT.

Absolutely appalling service ignore phone calls, emails, and messages! Sold me a car with an illegal MOT on then agreed to get the works sorted once works had been done at the agreed dealer they are now refusing to pay out on the works! It also appears the director is currently constantly in court!!! I can see why and underhand business running with illegal activities!
