The heating in the car was sporadic, we rang Daniel and he was very apologetic and arranged to collect the car the next day, lent us a courtesy car and after a week came back, explained the problem and gave us a few options. The issue has been resolved and to assure us further we have been given an additional 6 months warranty. 5 stars for Daniel
