I brought a car from these guys just over a week ago and all I can say is it was probably the best experience I've ever had when buying a car! I travelled nearly 3 hours to get there and from the moment I walked into the show room the customer service instantly was amazing. Top guy who took me out for a test drive (sorry I'm not great with remembering names). I didn't feel pushed or pressured one bit. They took my old car as part exchange and gave me a fair price which I felt happy with. Naqeeb explained everything calmly and made the whole process easy. Top guy! I've always been a BMW man and now I know where there are 100% I'll be returning in the future.

I have had the most wonderful experience dealing with the team at YNC. Not pushy in the slightest, all cars are immaculate and I am extremely happy with my new car. They dealt with any queries immediately, the whole team were polite and friendly. The showrooms are gleaming (even the toilets were spotless and nicely decorated!). We picked up our new BMW from YNC and I honestly haven't got a bad word to say about them. From the cars to the customers service, everything was absolutely spot on. Really friendly and straight talking, no usual sales man hassle and pressure. Would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future and I have recommended them to friends and family already. I listed my car on Autotrader and Naqeeb rang within 2hrs of the advert going live and we agreed a price there and then with a deposit paid. This colleague arrived 2 days later to inspect and collect the car, balance paid, job done. Very simple, the first car I've sold for a very long time and Naqeeb was such a nice, straightforward, polite chap to deal with I would happily deal with him and recommend him again. Thank you.

No nonsense when I bought the car and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Most importantly, they honoured their warranty when I had a clutch hydraulics failure. I would buy from this company again.
