Saw a car online for sale at Your next Car, phoned up got the finance sorted for it. Put down a holding deposit and should of picked up on Monday. My husband managed to get home from my business trip early and I suggested we pop over and have a look. On arriving they were initially friendly very helpful went for a test drive they even went and washed it for us so we could inspect the car fully. Ok inspection alloys has large scuff marks and needed refurbishment, body work needed touching up none of this mentioned in the advert. Also the service light was on asked about it and said they would look into it. I quickly spoke to a friend and they said with the car being 6 years old requires cambelt and aux belt replacement with all idlers replaced. I asked if this had been done was told they would check and let me know. But stated if it hasn’t been done that they will get it done aswell as body work and alloys for us but wouldn’t be able to pick it up on the Monday would be end of week. Fabulous I said ......... then Monday morning my husband had a missed call on phoning back they were very rude and said they wouldn’t be doing the cambelt or any of the other work required as it’s too expensive and that they had put the car back up for sale due to loads of interest in it. Absolutely furious we had wasted hours on the Sunday had booked time off work for the end of week for me and my husband ..... plus we put a holding deposit on..... were is that now!!!!!!!! The persons attitude was disgusting . You can’t run a business talking to customers like that . We are now going Into this more but I’ll assuming the cambelt and aux belt being a big job to replace they are just refusing to do it

Overall worst experience ever with Your Next Car. Paid my deposit and travelled 3 and a half hours and they did not even know I was coming and did not believe I even transferred the deposit. The car I originally wanted was not how it looked in the photos which made me show an interest in another motor. After taking it for a test drive I agreed on buying the car and then proceeded on paying for car insurance on it, once I had done this they then told me that the car could not be sold as it did not have any car tax or MOT. £55 booking & cancellation fees + £60 fuel and a whole day wasted by arrogant and rude car salesmen. Continuously smoking in the vehicles up for sale aswell. AVOID

I have owned my car for 6 months now and must say it was an absolutely pleasurable experience buying from Your Next Car, with a very fair price. Would strongly recommend.
