Really super efficient, polite and professional...Waseem and his brother (I'm sorry I forgot the first name!!) were proficient and professional throughout the entire deal. I bought a Mini John Cooper Works R56 6 moths ago. The car was as described -very clean I am really impressed. The only problem I had it was the rear brake discs and pads (I did mention that when I was assessed their condition) I had to replace them one month after I bought the car eventually.
