I first spotted this car while searching through Auto Trader and was taken in by the initial impression. I then went to YourNextCar's website where I enquired about viewing. Naqeeb initially spoke to me but for the trade I dealt with Waseem. Both very polite and patient. When I went to view the car I wanted to take time to give it a through check over and this is where I found YourNextCar's service was above that of the average car dealer. No pressure and after being given a coffee I was able to check out the car in my own time. To ensure I made the right choice I went away and made a few queries about the car. Again Waseem was patient and did not use any of the 'selling tactics' you find at most high street dealers. The car checked out perfect, very genuine example so I was happy to arrange collection and make the purchase. Waseem made the car look like new for when I picked it up and he very kindly took care of all the paperwork and even set up the road tax for me. Overall the service of YourNextCar was leagues above the rest and I'd certainly go back for my next car. I've also recommended to friends and family. It was an absolute pleasure to find a family run business, who operate purely on a passion of both their personal interest in cars and customer service. From the phone call, the test drive, the information and up front honesty, about the car, it's it history and issues it had which they said they would resolve before they sold the car to us, to the 'nothing was too much trouble at all' Professional attitude, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. The guys were true gentleman. I can only relate the experience to the customer services, one expects from the staff at a 5* Hotel in Dubai. You're a credit to the industry gentleman, the dealers should send their staff to you for customer services with a genuine smile and pride. I bought a BMW auto from these guys. I had a problem with it a few weeks later. These guys were helpful and courteous about sorting it out. They even allowed me to use my local garage and they paid for the job. Would definitely use them again. :-)
