Purchased a car few months ago from Zed Car Sales, they deliver during the night to cover up all faults and damages, never answer calls on any line as landline diverted to mobile phone, once answered they pass the ball to each other to escape, be careful once you pay them you are lost!!!

I bought a stunning Jaguar XJ V8 back in October which was in mint condition, low mileage and ran very smoothly. They had fully serviced the car with MOT so was ready to ride away, just bought road tax and got insured.Have had the car for nearly 4 months and it's still showroom condition mechanically and cosmetically. Would recommended Zed Car Sales very highly.

BEEN THERE NICE WHEN TAKING YOUR MONEY SOLD ME CAR I'VE HAD A COUPLE DAYS AND CAR WENT BANG NOW THERE SAYING IT MOST OF BEEN ME FAULT JUST DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AT 40 AND BANG HOW IS THAT MY FAULT THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A GOOD RUNNING CAR £900 I PAID THEN I HAD TO PUT NEW TYRES ON IT IN THE WRITE UP THEY MADE IT LOOK SO GOOD BUT THEY LIED ABOUT IT I WAS FOOL TO BUY IT AND THEY NOT EVEN GOING TO HELP ME OUT SO KEEP AWAY I AM TALKING TRADING STANDARDS ABOUT IT SEE WHAT HAPPEN

If you are looking for reviews on this dealership before purchasing from them: well done! If you are looking for confirmation on the suspicion that you might have been deceived, you got it! We bought a car from these guys in October 2016, which supposedly was 'in excellent condition' and that passed the MOT. After it breaking down on the road and been seen by mechanic, we learned that it was actually in a very poor state, that it is too dangerous to be driven and that there is no way it would have passed the MOT. Zed cars' website has conveniently gone down (as well as all their landlines and mobile phones) since we first contacted them about the problem. When we went there, none of the people that were involved with the purchase was around and we were simply told that someone would call us back. We have reported it to the police and will take legal action against both the dealership and their friends doing the MOT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a car from this guy six weeks ago. The car failed the MOT and when he sent it back the next day it miraculously passed. six weeks later the car broke down and I have been told it was the ECU which would have been indicated by the high emissions the car failed on at the first MOT. I was told I had 3 months warranty but now the guy is fobbing me off and avoiding my calls. I would never recommend Zed Cars in Hayes to anyone.

My daughter has bought car with all her savings and was told 3 months warranty came with the car. After2 months things started going wrong when we rung the warranty people car was not registered with them .The dealer keeps ignoring our calls .DO NOT USE THIS GUY HE IS VERY GOOD LIAR AND CHEAT.

I bought a car from Zed Cars Sales at Hayes and the car was came with 3months warranty. That was told to me. No invoce was giving and no warranty certificate or reference number so far. I tried many many times to contact with the company on any numbers and emails but Ive got only one no-worthy call back. Also the car was not look as described when I saw it first time. I called the warranty company as well to check my car has been registered for the 3 months warranty but it has not been registered so far. I feel cheated now and very dissapointed with this company. DO NOT GO TO BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM !!!!
