I had a highly disappointing experience with Zoom Auto London, and I want to warn others about their deceptive practices and poor customer service. I was interested in purchasing a car from this dealer and paid a £500 holding fee, with the assurance from their staff by the name Khaled that the fee would be fully refundable if I decided not to proceed with the purchase. However, this turned out to be false. The car I was interested in had ongoing mechanical issues, failing its MOT three times for the same problem. During the test drive, the car made various unsettling noises, which raised significant concerns about its reliability. Despite these issues, my reasonable request for a 1-year warranty was denied. Due to these persistent problems, I decided to withdraw from the purchase and requested a refund of my holding fee. Despite the initial assurance from their staff, the dealer refused to return my £500, citing a non-refundable deposit policy. This contradicts the verbal agreement made by their employee. I have not received my money back. This has caused me considerable frustration and inconvenience. I urge anyone considering doing business with Zoom Auto London to be extremely cautious. Their lack of transparency, failure to honor verbal agreements, and overall untrustworthiness make them a risky choice. I hope my experience helps others avoid the same pitfalls.

Hi and thanks For the review The car it’s not faulty and we have spoken to you on the phone and we have returned your deposit even though you have signed a receipt that you was aware the deposit is not refundable. We brought a car in April 2023. Upon driving it home I noticed a problem and contacted the dealer. He advised I just didn't know how to drive it. I still felt something was wrong so took it to the main dealer garage and paid for a diagnosis, they confirmed that the clutch was severely worn and there is an engine knock. Upon raising this with the dealer he refused to acknowledge it. I'm so lucky to have gone through Zuto, they took over dealing with the matter and even said how difficult the dealer was being. Zuto had to get the car recovered to the dealer because he refused, he then still refused that there was a problem even though the main Peugeot dealership have confirmed it. He finally gave in after legal action was threatened and finally returned the money but now the car is back up for sale. He said it had a full service history which it did not. He said it had an RAC check which it did not, it was a British car auctions check which is minimal. When the car was returned it was back up for sale and sold again without being repaired! False advertising and they are awfully rude to deal with. Avoid at all costs!

I advise against buying a car in this place, the owner is a fraud, he sells broken cars knowing that they do not work properly. It's hard to get money back from him when you want to return the car. He is rude and has no respect for people, he can lie whenever he wants to sell a car. I will never recommend this place to anyone NEVER 👎
I bought a car from this company in desperation, as the buses wont on strike on my city in December 2021. I had not had a professional or a Mechanic inspect the car. Foolish move on my part, paid £5000 for it. Sine I had nothing but trouble. Changed two front car tyres, one of the external lights. Brake fluid, air conditioning needs doing, and today my clutch is gone. Very disappointed with the seller, actually I am anger. Be careful everybody.
