I brought a car with Zoom Auto through a 3rd party finance party. They advertised the car to be in good condition, road legal and all services are up to date. This was extremely false. From the moment I brought the car, there was endless issues with oil leaks, coolant leaks, the gear box and also the brakes were not road legal. When presenting these issues to Zoom Auto, as I have 6 months warranty, they gave very little support and only fixed an issue when the finance company would argue with them. Despite still being in the legal warranty, they refused to pay any more money towards the car when a problem a with the gear box happened and declared me to pay to get fixed myself, despite me already paying nearly £1000 for repair costs that they had refused to pay. Terrible customer service and they do not follow the legal rules after the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Great service, great choice of the cars. I’ve purchased VW Polo, very pleased with the purchase, got 3month warranty with it. The staff is very nice and polite, got lots of advices. Great vehicle for great price. Highly recommend

My friend brought a car from here and it was a terrible experience. Do not purchase a Car from here. They erase codes on their cars so you think they’re fine upon collection. They have a garage that they work with and maintain these shoddy cars to sell to the general public. This garage is situated basically in the same building. The owner is a liar. The sales man.. a liar. Do not trust them. The owner suggested to remove a part off a car (on the sales ground) to fix our faulty car. PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. They do not even desire 1 star. They speak in Arabic to avoid you understanding what they’re saying. This place is a shambles. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. What they do here is dishonest and they all have NO integrity.

They sold me a car with a dodgy engine. When the engine management light appeared, I took it to them. They got their dodgy mechanics to delete the engine management symbol and tried to send me on my merry way. Luckily I went to Vauxhall and got a diagnostic test to prove the engine was faulty. THEY ARE DISHONEST SND TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, and if you do, make sure you get a diagnostics test done within a month.

Do not buy anything from Zoom Auto London. I bought a car 4 months ago. I did know nothing about cars and they took advantage of that to sell me a faulty car with an oil leak and corroded braked. They promised the oil leak and corrosion were fixed and they passed the MOT for me on their garage (which was dodgy). First week I had problems with the gearbox and after going to 2 different garages and pushing him a lot, Terry, the dealer accepted to fix it. Of course I did check it in a garage afterwords and they found out that they had tricked me with the MOT since the oil leak was still there and the brakes were still corroded!!! I tried to reject the car without luck. Now, four months after my purchase the car has broken down (oil pump). The air conditioning doesn't work and I realised they filled it to sell it since the garage checked the cold air the first month and it worked (but when I tried to turn it on in june it didn't work) he explained me it's a really expensive fault too... So a totally crap.

For your own sanity do not buy from Zoom Auto in London. I have wasted 10 months paying for a car that had so many faults, I lost my job due to not being able to get there, I couldn’t get another car until the finance was ended which took 10 months due to this dealership refusing any responsibility for selling me a car with internal faults in the gearbox. I was swore at down the phone, told it was my fault due to being a woman driver, and that after owning a car for 6 weeks how dare I call the dealership with car problems. After 3 service reports at 3 different location (due to zoom auto not agreeing with any of the statements) it was finally proved that the car was in fact sold to me with all the faults and shouldn’t have. FINALLY I got a full refund but only after legal action was taken on behalf of my finance company to get the funds back from this dealership as they were uncooperative. Do not buy from here!

Do not buy from Zoom Auto London, they sold me a dangerous bmw. After I took delivery I noticed black smoke coming from the exhaust so I took it to a bmw dealer and it turned out it didn’t have a DPF Filter as it had been taken out and mapped so the car wouldn’t recognise it without one. Also the vehicle came with rusted brake pipes and illegal tyres but was assured this vehicle had been Pre delivery inspected and they were no issues with the vehicle at all as described in the sales ad.
