They sold me a car with a dodgy engine. When the engine management light appeared, I took it to them. They got their dodgy mechanics to delete the engine management symbol and tried to send me on my merry way. Luckily I went to Vauxhall and got a diagnostic test to prove the engine was faulty. THEY ARE DISHONEST SND TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, and if you do, make sure you get a diagnostics test done within a month.

Do not buy anything from Zoom Auto London. I bought a car 4 months ago. I did know nothing about cars and they took advantage of that to sell me a faulty car with an oil leak and corroded braked. They promised the oil leak and corrosion were fixed and they passed the MOT for me on their garage (which was dodgy). First week I had problems with the gearbox and after going to 2 different garages and pushing him a lot, Terry, the dealer accepted to fix it. Of course I did check it in a garage afterwords and they found out that they had tricked me with the MOT since the oil leak was still there and the brakes were still corroded!!! I tried to reject the car without luck. Now, four months after my purchase the car has broken down (oil pump). The air conditioning doesn't work and I realised they filled it to sell it since the garage checked the cold air the first month and it worked (but when I tried to turn it on in june it didn't work) he explained me it's a really expensive fault too... So a totally crap.

Bought a car from Zoom Auto London. Upon inspection the car looked okay so I happily started my journey home only to find out that the car had a major brake fluid leakage. It basically put me in the risk to drive without brakes on the motorway. I ended up driving my supposedly new car straight to the garage! From hero to zero!!! The mechanics confirmed there was a leakage coming from a broken pipe and the Dealer must have known since he filled the brake fluid container himself! Brake fluid doesn't just run out so it was obvious he knew and sold a faulty car. By filling it up before the day of collection, no warning signs were coming on so I couldn't possibly know at the time of collection. The Dealer (Terry) denied the fault, didn't apologies even once for the risk I had to be put under and also refused to pay for the fault. The total cost to fix the car was £400. After long, unprofessional negotiation he agreed to pay a maximum of £170!!! As luckily this was finance, they offered some support and paid £60 so I've been left to cover the difference which was 40%. So almost half of the cost for buying a car from a Dealership where you'd expect that they would give you a vehicle safe to run and not have a major brake leak to get you killed on your first trip! I wouldn't recommend this Seller!
