We had been looking for a good reliable used car for a couple of months. Visited a few dealers and found the whole experience quite frustrating!! Then we found a VW advertised by Zoom automotive. Hadn't heard of them before. Checked online reviews which were encouraging and so we popped over. This was one of the most stress free and a fantastic car buying experience for us. Dan showed us the car and drove us around. He then let us drive it around without hurrying us even though it was Sun afternoon and he needed to be somewhere. Patiently answered all our questions and put no pressure on us at any point of time. So very refreshing after our experience with other dealers. We of course decided to go ahead and get the car. All paperwork was completed efficiently. We opted for part exchange. Again unlike other dealers he looked up our car details and quoted a price throughout keeping all of it transparent and sharing all information with us. Had been searching for a while for a good, low mileage, Ford Focus to replace my wife's previous runabout, when I came across Zoom Automotive. Hadn't heard of them before, but they were local to me, the reviews looked good, and they had a very smart Focus at a very reasonable price so I thought I'd get in contact and see. I can't rate them highly enough. I left the review a few weeks just to make sure the car was as good as it looked, but absolutely no problems with it at all. Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, efficient, friendly and helpful, and not pushy in the slightest. Made the whole process as easy as possible. Might have to replace my larger family car in the immediate future, and i will definitely be returning to Dan and Zoom as my first port of call. This is how every car dealership should be run, and I hope it goes from strength to strength.
