I'd been looking for a Volkswagen Caddy for some time, in Northern Ireland, Impossible to get one, checked Internet and found Zoom Automotive, left message and got reply straight away, Flew from Belfast was picked up at Bristol Airport by Zoom, everything signed, sealed and delivered within an hour, and on my way home, must say very professional and homely service, would recommend to anyone from wherever your traveling, car in first class condition thanks to Dan, So if your looking for a first class service and car, Dan's the Man.

I searched the web for the right car, colour, make/model, year etc and came across Zoomautomotive. I'd never heard of them but they weren't too far for me to travel from Exeter so I got in email contact with Dan and arranged to see a 1 Series BMW, 64 plate which seems good value, took it for a good test drive - all ok, chatted to Dan Crewe (sales Exec/owner) about details and trade in for my car which was a fair price. There wasn't any wriggle room on price but it was already at a good price imo, however there were some minor marks on the paintwork that I noticed and Dan agree to sort them if I bought, plus fill the tank. Zoomautomotive don't have a garage and operated out of an office with cars in a locked compound (guess this keeps costs down). This made me cautious but I arranged to come back in 4 days to complete the deal. Car arrived looking immaculate and tank full. We concluded business, transferred ownerships online and Dan arranged for me to tax the BMW in his office. I contacted my insurance and changed car details. I've had the car for a week and done 150 miles, all's great so far with the car and I've received my logbook from DVLA and receipt for car tax. I'm just an average guy who swaps his car every 8 years or so but from my experience so far, I would have no issue buying from Dan/Zoomautomotive again and am happy to recommend them. Car BMW X6 Name Nicolette Bracey We were looking for a BMW X6 for months when we came across Dan and Zoom Automotive. They are friendly bunch of chaps who run their business on the internet out of a classy office in Worle near Bristol. We agreed to put down a holding deposit to take the care of sale and then view/ collect it 3 days later. When we arrived at Zoom’s offices - a very modern slick setup, we were greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism all the way a great cup of coffee too! Having found the vehicle I was looking for on the internet with Dan at Zoom, the quality of the photos and a quick phone call to discuss the car made me comfortable enough to place a deposit over the phone before even seeing or test driving the car! After making the trip down to his very smart office in Weston super mare the photos didn't actual do the car justice - it was immaculate! We arranged finance very quickly and easily at very affordable repayments. Having bought numerous vehicles from used dealers over the years I couldn't recommend Dan and Zoom more highly.

Zoom Automotive were professional from enquiry to purchase. I contacted them as I had been recommended by a friend and to quote a well known TV ad .... 'If only all Car Dealers were like this'. I purchased a Mini Cooper D '64 plate, in White Silver with a Black Roof, Black 17" Alloys and lots of extras. It was the exact spec I was looking for and the care and attention to detail I received from Zoom was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend and all future car purchases will be from Zoom.
