Myself and my wife pretty much stumbled upon Zoom after somewhere else we were looking for was closed on the day we wanted to buy a car. We turned up to be greeted by Dan and an hour or so later, had bought a car!
I can't emphasise enough how great the service was. For the first time in my car buying life, I didn't feel like I was just being fed a load of nonsense to get me to buy a car that I didn't really want. Dan listened to our needs and our restrictions on what we could or couldn't afford and now we have a brilliant car that fits both family and business needs.
I would 100% recommend to anyone and without a doubt, will be returning there in the years to come once I need my next new car!

From the moment I first called Dan and Sharon I knew this was a different kind of car company- honest, authentic and enjoy what they do. Bought a fab car and for the first time ever had it delivered. Excellent service from Dan and Sharon, i initially reserved the vehicle via autotrader Dan was then in contact to sort the details of a deal he gave me a very good deal on my trade in and discusssed the vehicle i was purchasing. A few days later i travelled 5 hours to collect my new car and i was not dissapointed i was warmly greeted and the car was in exactly the condition it was advertised as (immaculate) very straight forward no hassle deal absolutely reccomend this company 10/10

Very professional service. Collection arranged promptly, thorough but fair inspection of the vehicle (I have learned a thing or two on how to check used cars in the process, which is always useful - thanks Kevin!). Immediate payment. The whole process from the first contact to payment coordinated by super helpful and funny Sharon, never had so much laugh when selling a car before 🤣
