Visited Zoom looking for a car for my Daughter. We received a warm friendly welcome the minute we walked in. Dan was fantastic, treating two clueless women with care, humour and kindness: He went through all our options and took time show us the available cars within our budget, even looking at options for our existing car. We both honestly felt totally comfortable, which isn't always the case in a male dominated industry. The perfect car was decided on, and Sharon then completed the purchase, with calm clarity, looking at options that may benefit us. We 100% recommend Zoom, they are a family business and clearly take great pride in what they do. I was looking for a Mini cooper S and had seen a few average examples. Zoom had just listed one and I went to see it promptly. Dan was very helpful and we swapped vehicles for test drives. There were a few things needing attention, namely worn front tyres, scored discs and worn brake pads but these were fixed without any quibble and a full inspection, including an emissions test, carried out. I can certainly recommend Zoom for a hassle free service with attention to detail often not found in the used car market . Sharon completed all the paperwork with me and I did not even have to send off the V5 myself.
