These are the same people as AT autos that sold me a 4250-pound car with a faulty brake pump, faulty turbo and a hiding accident, and also paid for a full-year warranty that never was processed. They are very nice on the phone, but to keep you from taking further action as much as they can. Be aware of thieves!

Does anyone know where this cowboy is ? Similarly looking for the 4k I lost when the car we bought went in for a fault we found the week after we bought it .... he never returned it! The AA who "approved" this garage didn't want to help, neither did Manchester Trading Standards!
After a tough time through covid and other problems Aleem came through true to his word. Thanks to all at zoomaway.

I'm very glad he came through for you. He has consistently promised a refund since May 2022 which still hasn't been received. Absolutely disgusting service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Chris in response to Aleem true to his word
Aleem still owes us £4000 0n a car that was never delivered and was subsequently resold on his forecourt. He stole £4000 from us and made another £4000 on the resale of the original car. He has done nothing lie to us. No true words from Aleem. Avoid at all costs!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, we left a fully refundable deposit for a vehicle in May 2022. A change of circumstances meant that we were not able to go ahead. Daily phone calls to confirm the refund, being told it was in progress, blaming 'head office', explaining it would come from his personnel account....to date we have received nothing. Now not answering my calls.

ZoomAway ,20 Britannia Road, Sale, Manchester M33 2AA AVOID this car dealer at all costs. In September 21 we bought a car from AT AUTOS which is now trading as ZoomAway. The car we bought for £4000 was never delivered to us due a number of mechanical faults. The dealer offered a refund but after months of waiting, countles phone calls and promises Of A REFUND it was never paid. To resolve the situation a replacement car was provided but we rejected the replacement car due to a number of mechanical problems. These faults were not mentioned by ZoomAway but identified by an independent mechanical/ diagnostic report. The dealer gave us a cheque for £4000 as a refund The cheque for £4000 failed to clear and an internal investigation by the Lloyds Bank Fraud Department concluded that we were the victims of a PUSH PAYMENT FRAUD. This information has been passed onto the Police ACTION FRAUD,Police and Trading Standards. The original car that we bought which was never delivered RE-APPEARED on the ZoomAway website for sale. I made an official complaint to the AA ZoomAway claimed that the original car that was up for resale was being sold to pay back our refund. ZoomAway did not honour the AA Mediation agreement and the REFUND WAS NOT PAID! THE CAR WAS Re-sold. That's right! ZoomAway RE-Sold the original car that we bought. THE AA HAVE INFORMED me that they will be ENDING THEIR RELATIONSHIP with ZoomAway. THE AA ENDED their business relationship with ZoomAway! Court action has been taken against ZoomAway and as a result of ZoomAway not replying to any of the Court correspondance a Default County Court Judgement was ordered. Ongoing litigation is still is in process. I will also be contacting every media and consumer organisation to report this business's unscrupulous business practices! As a potential customer of ZoomAway it's your choice to deal with them or not to deal with them but based on our extremely bad and costly experiences with AT AUTOS/ ZoomAway we cannot recommend them and if you value your money and piece of mind please avoid this business at all costs!! Be warned? Please check out the historical AT AUTOS reviews that are still online and you will be able to read about how the business witheld refunds and sold dodgy cars.

Gavin B. in response to AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Hi, Just wondered if anything else has come of this? We also are owed £4k from these guys, we have gone through the small claims court to no avail. We have sent bailiffs round the address but nothing came of that either. The company was trading under a new name of ZoomAway, but their Instagram account has not posted any new posts since 2022 so I don’t know if that business is even still going. Let me know, our contact called himself Al if that’s any help. Thanks

Please please do not buy a car off this company they are crooks who will steal your money .only Zoom Away with your money ..not buy a Match Box car off this lot .Believe me I’m Warning you for a good reason just don’t want you to fall victim and get money stole off you and a car that is not fit for purpose . .One big SCAM so please go to a car dealership with Honest values and comply to trading standards regulations and rules .Don’t be fooled with the AA ratings .I would contact the AA first and check with them .they are regulated with them So if you have hard earn money to spend ?Zoom Away from them quickly.

Appalling service. Once they have your money not interested in fulfilling their promises. Didn’t fit tyres already paid for and I struggled to get a refund. Gave me car with fuel gauge on empty. Leaking washer bottle. Air con and reversing sensors seriously faulty Tyres all very low pressure and nearly flat. Wheel nuts missing and loose and no wheel nut remover. Worst car and dealer experience I’ve ever had!!!! Would give minus stars if I could……

We brought a car from Zoomaway at the end of December 21, there was an issue and it was returned under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 at the end of January. We have had to do a court claim to try and get our refund back. From what we know they have re-sold the car (its no longer on their website) but they have still not refunded us nearly 5 grand. They were an AA approved dealership but not even mediation through the AA could encourage this company to stick to their legal duty and refund us. I would recommended getting any car purchased from then independently checked and do not pay them via bank transfer, use a method that will make getting your money back easier should you need too.
