When I told people I was getting a car from Nuneaton I got a mix of emotions but I decided to take the risk. I'm so glad I did because Charlotte was brilliant, I honestly can't fault her service. She showed me around the car, mentioned the pros and cons of the Vauxhall Grandland, then gave me space while I made my decision. When I confirmed I wanted the car we had arranged a day for me to come back to get some scratches repaired. Charlotte was the one chasing me to get the car back which was great as I forgot. I'd 100% recommend Charlotte to anyone, and I would happily ask for her again if I found myself back here.

After crashing my previous car, I was in the market for a low insurance group car and that's when I found a fairly priced Ford Fiesta at Nuneaton. The car looked like the pictures which was reassuring after a previous bad experience. There wasn't any delays and it was all done in a couple of days.

My car is currently in for repairs with Nuneaton but I couldn't be happier with how the team have handled the situation. They really made sure to go the extra mile to get the car in and looked at. I got offered a curtesy car which helped my situation with work etc... They've also been amazing at keeping me up to date with the progress of my car and when I can expect to receive it. I look forward to getting my car back but hats off to the way they've handled it, it gives me a lot of confidence in the dealership.

Overall I'm happy with how the sale went. Max made sure I drove away on the same day, which was great. I've had no issues with Nuneaton.

If I could rate my experience 10 stars then I would! - My wife mainly drives her Mini Hatch for her commute to work but she hasn't complained, and she's probably done 1000 miles in it already. Clinton was as good as gold on the day, there was no pressure from him what so ever but more from us as we were excited to get the car. Great company.

Charlotte was great while I was purchasing my Lexus. I recently took it to a Lexus main dealer to be looked at, and other than a couple of wear and tear issues, they gave it the all clear. Mechanically everything is running as it should.

The car I purchased wasn't for me, so I didn't get that sense of excitement, but it was for my teenage daughter for when she's old enough to drive. The car has been sat on the drive but for the most part I'm happy with it.

We did get lost a couple of times trying to find Nuneaton so a couple more signs would be handy, but once we arrived, it was a brilliant experience. Me and my other half wanted a bigger car to tow the caravan, and that's why we were interested in the Volkswagen Tiguan. All of our questions were answered about the car and there weren't any delays in getting it ready, everything was all good. We have since towed the caravan 3 times with ease. Very happy.

Still waiting for my V5 but otherwise everything has been bang on.

Recently I've just had my log book through the post so now I've got all the paperwork needed for my Polo. Ivan was amazing on the day, I felt very well looked after from start to finish, I honestly wouldn't change anything about my visit and I'd highly recommend anyone to visit Nuneaton Car Sales.
