The actual experience was ok, but a couple of things let them down a bit. I haven't received the V5 yet and I wasn't told about modifications to the car which I only found out after purchase. Everything else has been A1. The car is beautiful, I love it!

The car is perfect I absolutely love it. The actual dealership is set up brilliantly - there's a dedicated guy on the desk, you get a cup of tea, it's a really nice place with nice people. I'd give them 4.5 stars, only because the process did feel a bit long winded.

Upon arrival I got a coffee, I had an idea what car I wanted so I didn't have to look around much, but the staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and were quite informative about the car.

Everything was good, I don't have any complaints regarding the service the staff were nice and helpful. The car has been fine for the most part but there has been a couple of problems such as an airbag light has come on. I'll be giving Ponko a call about it shortly. Aside from that, I love the car!
