Customer service was good. Despite being really busy they were patient about the fact I wanted to see and drive numerous cars. When I got home I was disappointed to discover the boot cover doesn't work and there was a small chip in the windscreen - neither are awful, but they'll cost a lot for me to fix in comparison to how much an established garage could have fixed them for. Overall though, I'm happy with the car.

I was looking on eBay for awhile and then the Citroen came up with quite low mileage by a long distance. It was a fine experience with Ponko, Ayam I dealt with was a nice bloke.

I fancied something smaller and so I decided to go for the SEAT from Ponko. They have a good selection of vehicles to choose from and customer service is always very good. I would definitely recommend them, they are a nice company. Jack was not very pushy and very easy, no drama at all with him.

The fiesta is doing absolutely fine. We noticed Ponko was quite close to us and had some good options available so we thought we would have a look. The staff were very helpful and Philip we dealt with was good.

My other car was getting past its time, so it was time for an upgrade and when we drove past Ponko, we spotted the Audis which is what I thought I wanted so id figure we’d give them a call. We dealt with Kye who was really helpful and responsive, we flagged up a few things which got fixed.

Customer service and Ayman was really helpful. I am currently having an issue with the clutch however I spoke to Ayman over the phone and arranged for the vehicle to possibly part exchange.

The Skoda yeti is lovely. I have been looking for an automatic Skoda for ages, and I found one on Autotrader through Ponko. I dealt with jack quite a lot and he was very patient, he helped with a problem with my disability, so he managed to get the boot latch fixed so it was easier to open for me.
