I'm happy with the car, and how it drives, the customer service from Nuneaton Car Sales was phenomenal, I have no complaints at all about anything that they have done for me. I even got a follow up call about purchasing my Ford C Max to make sure I was happy with everything which was amazing and it showed me that they really do care about their customers and the service they provide.

Jak was amazing, he was so patient with me, I went to look at a Nissan Note at first which I reserved, as soon as I seen the car my stomach did not feel right, I took it out for a drive and it still did not feel right for me. I looked around at some other cars and then I seen one which I liked, I got into it and Jak could see on my face straight away that this was the car for me. He had to move 7 cars to get it out for me to test drive it, he was absolutely brilliant. I love my Nissan Juke, this is the first time using Nuneaton, I have not bought a car in years but I needed a car as I'm training to be an ADI and I need a car to train in. This car will be my ADI car and I will be getting my own personal car at some point so when I do I will be straight back to Nuneaton Car sales to see what they have for me.

Nuneaton Car Sales exceeded my expectations with their excellent service from their sales agent named Jacque. I used them for the first time and I was very impressed by how smooth and easy the whole process was. The car I bought was in perfect condition and very clean and it does not skip a heartbeat, it is a reliable car and it drives lovely, i'm proper made up with it.

The cars sold by Nuneaton sell themselves due to the quality of stock which is immediately apparent on arrival at the site. This allows a very relaxed approach to sales by the staff who were absolutely brilliant, they were very willing to let me have a good look at the cars without feeling the need to hang around trying to force the sale. That said they were also there when needed and let me take the car for a road test before buying it. Following the road test I was so happy with how smooth the car felt on the road that I returned to the dealer to sign all of the paperwork. The car is a little gem and I'm really pleased that I chose this dealer to buy my car from over the other places I looked at.

I am so impressed with the way that Clinton handled everything, he was the nicest sales person that I have ever met, such a great character, always laughing and cracking a joke, someone that made the experience of buying a car a whole lot of fun and stress free. I was able to take the car for a test drive before deciding to buy it which was a real bonus and gave me a good feel for the car and how if performed. I'm totally made up with things and I would without a shadow of doubt come back here again when I want to upgrade my car.
