I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. It was such a stress-free experience with them. Ben provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. From the start. It was completely unpressured, and I did not feel like I was being forced into anything. I can honestly say this is the first garage I have actually enjoyed going to. I will definitely be using them again for servicing, for their garage, and for any future car I will be getting. Thank you so much to Ben and all of the staff.

This is the second time I have been to Wheelers. I would definitely say that they are a trusted dealership to me. I did have to wait a bit while the car went to Peugeot to get some work done. However, Tom was really proactive about this and kept me updated throughout, so I am pleased with that. The car was beautifully cleaned when I collected it. I would definitely recommend Wheelers.

I would give wheelers a 4 out of 5 stars, my reasoning being is that both of the times I purchased vehicles off them in the last few months, there was a significant wait time to get some issues fixed. I believe this is because wheelers are also a garage as well as a dealership so they do end up being quite busy. Apart from this I was very impressed with Tommy. He was helpful and had good communication, and in regards to the vehicles, they were lovely and clean when I picked them up and I haven't had any further issues with them.

4 Star is good with me. Tommy was great and made the purchase really straightforward. As mentioned, I will be getting an independent service done in the coming weeks, and all being well will give a trust pilot review for wheelers then. We will also go over the warranty pack and likely sign up for that, and hopefully, the aftercare service is just as good if, in the case, there are any issues in the future.

Loving the car so far, and Ryan was helpful from the first phone call until we collected the car. If we lived closer, we would most certainly recommend Wheelers to our friends and family.
