This is the first time I have used Nuneaton Car Dealership and I would definitely use them again, the customer service was superb! Had a couple of issues with a fault with one of the seats and the automatic turn off button does not work. I let them know about this and they were very fast to get it booked into a garage for me to get these things fixed. A honest and trustworthy dealer is hard to find these days but these certainly lived up to it. Definitely worth coming here if your looking for a new vehicle, they won't fail to deliver an outstanding service.

Ivan was helpful indeed when we contacted Nuneaton to enquire about the car which we seen advertised on Auto Trader with them. We live in London so it is a decent drive to Nuneaton for us. Ivan showed us a video of the car before we went to see them in person which was a nice touch. When we arrived at the garage he was friendly and let us take our time having a good look round the car and allowing us to take it for a test drive. The Range Rover is a magnificent car, we are both delighted with our purchase.

We found out about Nuneaton Car Sales on the internet and made arrangements with them to go and view the car which we were interested in. When we arrived there we were introduced to one of their sales guys who's name was Jacque, Jacque was a pleasant chap who had fantastic knowledge about the car. This is the first time we have used Nuneaton Car Sales and it won't be the last, it was a fab service. The wife really enjoys driving the Mini Paceman so that is the main thing, if she is happy then I am also!

What a gentlemen the sales person was that looked after me at this dealership, he made me feel very welcome, kept me up to date with everything, not pushy in the slightest, dealing with him was enjoyable. It was wonderful buying from here and a pleasure to deal with someone like this. I am terrible with names so i'm not sure what the sales person was called now but he is a credit to this company. I would not think twice about coming back here when I am looking for a change to deal with this person again. Certainly a dealer that is worth going to if your looking to buy a new car.

From the get go David was helpful, friendly and easy going! Not once did I feel as if i was being pressured into buying anything and the whole process was really great! I purchased my Volvo from Nuneaton and I can't praise Clinton enough for the excellent customer service from the start until driving away in my car. Clinton answered everything I had to ask him. I had a couple of minor issues with the car at first but when I mentioned this to him he were quick off the mark to get everything put right for me.
