I went with the Range Rover Evoque from Beckside 4x4, as I needed something that could tow the horse trailer. Now that I have had the tow bar fitted, it has been fine. The salesman at the dealership was helpful. Would give my experience full marks.

This is my first time buying a car. I bought a Volkswagen Golf and have been getting on absolutely fine. It is a lovely car to drive. A couple of minor issues that I'm solving, but nothing major. The car was sold as seen and didn't have any warranty, and it was stated that the vehicle was unroadworthy when it was roadworthy, as it had an MOT. I had to sign something, so I would have hoped that was communicated a bit more clearly. Although the person I dealt with was a nice fella, he showed us around the car and left us to it, which we were happy to do. I would still recommend the dealership to others.

I’m doing alright with the car. I was after something specific and found it on Auto trader. The dealerships reviews were decent so went to Beckside. They were sound guys on the day. Good customer service, fast turnaround, all smooth. I went back the next day, the car was as advertised.

No pressure, staff more than helpful. They gave me the best trade in price. I had to take the car back four days later as light came on the dash but they fixed it straight away for me and the car need work under the warranty but couldn’t find a dealer to do it so got it sorted myself so I gave four stars. However, the process to collection was just over a week as a few things needed looking at and it needed a service. Slight delay sorting out the tax once I got there. Berkshire 4x4 weren’t bad but there was a problem that they said they would sort out but they needed the car for a week. I couldn’t wait that long so bought it myself however, the experience on the day was acceptable.

I get good service from them. Everything was ok. Staff were polite. I would use them again.

Going A1 with the car. I did research beforehand and checked the history of the car. I went to Berkshire 4x4 as they had the car and it had an AA inspection and guarantee on it. Staff were good, Richard is laidback, no hard sell with him. When I collected I needed to brush the mud off, maybe a quick valet would be good but I’m really chuffed with it, I would return in the future if needed

Going well with the car. I did have to inflate the tyres but apart from that its bang on. On the day it was well good. Staff were good, helpful. The process was quick, twenty minutes after I arrived I drove home. Richard helped me. He explained everything and seemed trustworthy. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with it.

I got an Evogue, I love it. it’s a real nice car to drive. Their reviews looked very good so when I saw the car online I gave them a ring. Customer service was outstanding, they were brilliant, so helpful. The car was as described when they delivered it and they even fitted new door locks. It was the model and had the engine size I wanted. Spot on all the way, can't fault them.

Salesman was very nice, pleasant, everything went ok. They seemed fair and honest, didn’t get the trade in price I wanted but I noticed the cambelt hadn’t been changed so we re-agreed on a price. the car was ready and spotlessly clean when I got it. I've noticed a couple of knocks on it so checking it with my mechanic but it was a straightforward process. They were nice guys, had all the paperwork and answered any concerns and said if there's any problem, don't hesitate to get back to them.
