Let me tell you all about the worst car buying experience ever & the best piece of advice you will ever get. No matter how good the car looks from here or any reassurances they give you, don’t buy a car from here. You will only be left with regret, sadness and £100s+ out of pocket (& not just from the car purchase). I bought an Audi A4 from BCM. They assured the car had been checked by the AA - 100+ point check and test drive the car for errors. I reserved the car. Within the first mile of testing drive, the presense fault came on. Jeff confirmed they offer 3 months warranty & they would fix it straight away. I bought a 12 months warrant for £500. The warranty Jeff and Amir told me was one they could influence to ensure my car repairs are done properly. I bought the car & I drove less than 3 miles as I went to fill up the car, on my way to home (1.5 hours away). A second fault DPF filter, came up and by this time it was 18:30 and the show room was closed. I called the garage straight away and they stated it should clear out on the motorway. As I’m driving again another fault came on, this time ADblu fault. I text them straight away as Amir said he would get home and email me to confirm they would fix it all etc. The next day I called the garage. They asked me to bring the car back to repair it. I am nurse so I could not change my shifts to come drop the car off so I asked my partner if he could take my car on the Friday and work from there while they fixed it. They were unable to do it on the day despite telling me it would be a half day job and kept the car to fix it. They gave my partner a courtesy car to drive back- the seat belts at the back didn’t work, the air bags weren’t working, the volume did work etc Every day me & my partner called they said it was fixed they were just waiting for this and that. The first day they said they were waiting for the presense camera to be delivered. Then the second day it was fixed they were just waiting to test drive it. The next day it was ow no the camera hasn’t arrived it’s arrived today. The next day it was they’re just fixing the presense now it’ll be with you today. My partner had gone to York & they knew I couldn’t come collect it as i had work. He agreed on Friday that they would drop the car back if it wasn’t ready on the first day and he was going to York. They initially refused when I asked them to drop the car if it was ready. They said they had to wait for a driver. 2 days later no drives. On that day, They didn’t renew my insurance despite me telling them 4 times by email and call days before & on the day. They left me in a car park park pitch black for 2 hours while they screamed at me over the phone when I asked them why. I spent hours trying to get a hold of the right person. A week later and the adblu and presense fault remained. In the end after a week of trouble they refunded the money for the car and warranty. I was £130 out of pocket as I paid £90 for the insurance to be changed, £80 in fuel, £20 road tax and £40 in adblu. None of which was reimbursed. They wasted my time. They left me crying every day. They spoke rudely and screamed at me. They would cut the calls on me and threaten to leave me without insurance or a safe vehicle. On the day my partner went to collect the car they said was repaired. 5 of them tried to intimidate him in the room and I was in LC scared so I rang the police to help him. They wouldn’t give him access to the car to get my belongings. They never gave a single thing in writing and ignored my emails texts and calls. The police told us that it was the adblu fault and they just couldn’t repair it. I am absolutely appalled by the whole ordeal and I cannot believe that it could ever be this bad buying a car. For the first time in my life, I was spending so much money on a car. I saved the entire pandemic. I’m so disappointed. I really hope people read this and know you are dishonest and disingenuous people. I hope you never put anyone what you have put me through and please please heed my warning and don’t go here.

I have bought a Mercerdes E class worth £15500 from them, the car was sold to me with a major engine fault ( cracked Head gasket). After few days the car was broken down and I was in serious hassles! They didn’t want to know about me and they didn’t want even receive the car for repair even it was within the warranty period of 3 month. Bunch of scammers! Avoid them, otherwise your money will be stolen! All their cars bought from the faulty car auctions! I am taking them to the court for misleading. Anyone having problems with them, should report them on the social network to protect other genuine customers from this cowboy firm! Don’t believe the (2 or 3 reviews rated 5 star) they have made these reviews for themselves, really a group of scammers, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! You have been warned.

I Recently Bought An Mercedes A Class A200 From this dealership . Within 3 months I’ve had to return the car to there mechanic 4 times under my warranty . After each time , I asked if I could get a copy of the invoice so I know which part has been changed which they have never done . There customer service and timing is very poor and unprofessional, often having to call up multiple times in the day . I’ve read many reviews of people complaining about the same thing , I’d advise to avoid at all cost

I bought a Jaguar XE in August 2021 from these crooks. The car has been sold to me with a faulty rear parking camera and conditionally accepted with a promise of the repair, affecting drive safety sensors. I have been informed that the professionals in this dealership have ordered a wrong part only three times. Then a repair could not take place because the only garage they use has been flooded. After two visits, Saeed, the alleged owner/manager offered a repair on the weekend, delivery of the replacement car for the time of repair and cash compensation for the time and fuel used to resolve the matter. Sad to say none of this happened two months later. They also seem to fail responding to any emails, including complaint logged on 01.10.2021. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. If you think about giving them your money, please reconsider. Probably, just like me, you will end up taking these crooks to the small claims court. Avoid at all cost !!!

£15,500 spent at this place on an Audi Q7. Had it a few weeks and vehicle cut out on me and wouldn't start. Got it recovered and taken to Audi and £743.60 later they diagnosed the problem. BCM refuse to put their hands up to this charge or even help with this fault in any way. They said my warranty doesn't cover it. (I knew that one was coming) If I could put negative starts on this review I would. Disgusting company and service. Just after your hard earned then left with issues and head aches. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay well away :(

had a very bad experience with this dealer. I bought a BMW 5 series off them that one of the members from the shop drove home daily from the showroom. I inspected the car on a Thursday and went to pick it up on the following day when the shop was in the process of closing and it was raining very hard so I did'nt get to do a final check. When I went to wash the car 2 days after I realised that one of the rear brake light had water in it as it had cracks in it. When I contacted BCM(luton) they tried to tell me the light was'nt like that when I picked up the car. 2 days later as the temperature was very hot I tried to switch the ac on and that did'nt work either. We came to an agreement that I would fix the ac and they would fix the light however I had to be calling them numerous times daily as I was'nt getting anywhere. Finally they bought the light and I was told by Jay to fit it and send them the invoices but when I did they compensated me for the light but not to fit it. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

vehicle not as stated, on arrival vehicle hadnt even been washed, alloys damaged and one certainly would need replacing over a refurb. in the back of the car there was dirty used face masks and inside plastic panels had been scratched with what looked like a knife. Arrogant and of course, it was a used car so i should expect damages.... i would also expect that to be enclosed in the vehicle description to save me driving 5 hour round trip. do not recommend and wouldnt trust anything they sell. check out the review on social media where they had sold a vehicle that had been previously written off.
