Can't Thank Rupert Kirsty Autumn and Mike enough for making a little old woman up in Scotland very very happy I purchased a Vauxhall Mokka and although needed it brought up 583 miles it didn,t faze Rupert I was absolutely delighted on seeing the car Many would say I took a chance only viewing online but I immediately had a great feeling while viewing the car given that all the information about past servicing etc was there in front of me I wouldn,t hesitate to make another purchase from Rupert and his family as I couldn,t have found a better car if I tried Not only did I buy a car but Rupert was happy to take my hubby's Corsa in part exchange and I think both sides were happy with the deal My daughter is saving up so can upgrade her Quashqai and I know who we will be phoning when the time comes Everyone I spoke to in their family was kind courteous and not at all pushy which in itself was refreshing Long may you all prosper and hope to deal with you again in the future I'm sure your 2022 will be another bumper year for you as your work ethic is spot on Kind Regards Winnie & Victoria

Purchased a part exchange car from here. The car started making a loud crunching sound so contacted Rupert and Kirsty, They sorted the problem with the car and it now runs like dream , Highly professional and honest, would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

Bought my new car last week (13th Jan) only saw it online,made enquiries and from start to finish dealt with Rupert..........Absolutely brilliant!! totally assured me that his family business was legit,he sent me all links to reviews/companies house, he made me feel relieved and so at ease, the sale went ahead swiftly and smooth, and my New car was delivered on the Wednesday, it was sparkly clean throughout and even had a half tank of fuel, the new car was bought as part exchange, again great communication and a very fare deal,would definitely go back to Rupert and his team,just wish my daughter had seen this company before she bought her new car locally to us!!! lesson learnt!

Second reasonably priced family car we have purchaced from Rupert and the team. We cannot reccomend them highly enough. The teenage boys are both approaching 'First Car' time and I can think of no better dealership to trust with sourcing them the right (safe) and stylish car.

I purchased a car in December 2019 on finance that I'm still paying. A Ford mondeo titanium. With in the 1st month the transmission light light up like a Christmas tree. 9 months on and it's now engine malfunction. All that has been done is a reset on the computer. Stay well clear

As you can see from our previous reviews this is not how we do business. The car was returned to us to check a reported ABS, fault which as a reputable garage we were happy to look at for the customer. However when the car arrived recently it was in a dreadful state. It had been involved in some sort of accident. It had sustained damage to all the nearside panels and it had two buckled wheels. This is obviously not how the vehicle was supplied. The interior of the car was also in poor condition, it looked like it had been trashed. It was dirty and full of empty food and drink cartons. On questioning the customer he admitted that the car had been involved in an accident and that he was awaiting a payout. On querying the condition of the interior the customer admitted that due personal circumstances he had been living in the car. The car was also being used as a sales reps car. As a precaution everything was documented and photo'd by our own vehicle technicians. We were still willing to help the customer but we wanted him to get the damage repair done first as we felt that the damage was affecting the cars geometry and electronic stability systems. We were also concerned that the shunt may have damaged the various electronic modules such as the ABS or ECU, which would have to be investigated, but we have not heard back from the customer. Our job as a used car dealer is to make sure that our cars go out to our customers in the best possible condition. We want them to be safe, clean and reliable for our customers. Most of our cars (except trade deals) are given an thorough RAC check prior to handover, however used cars by the nature of what they are do sometimes go wrong. This is why we have our own garage with our own vehicle technicians & specialist diagnostic equipment. We are more than happy to help any of our genuine customers with issues and we also carry out all types of servicing & maintenance work. We are happy to talk to Joe and give him technical advice we wish Joe all the best for the future.
I was looking for a particular model Citroen and had already travelled across the country to view a mis described pile of rubbish so I was not looking to travel far again when I found Car Matched had the exact model I wanted.
