Put a deposit for a new car in June 2023. Car was advertised for delivery in September 2023. Despite calling several times, VW Chester rarely returned our calls. No apologies ever received. Car was still not available in January 2024. We finally cancelled the order as VW Chester could not confirm when the car would be available. Awful customer service, not returning calls. Icing on the cake: they wanted to increase the part exchange costs by £3200 due to the new car being 5 months late, a delay that we were not responsible!!! Not impressed.

Bought used vw tiguan. Salesman was excellent and couldn't do enough. Was originally going to buy volvo xc40 but lack of enthusiasm from salesman drove us to vw and they lost a sale. Would recommend vw but NOT volvo.

Picked up my T Rock 4 hours after dropping it off for its first 12 month Service / check over no Valet /Shampoo. Been buying cars from this dealership for 15 years and feel the service is getting worse . Always thought after sales at this dealership has been very poor and customer service is as bad as ever .

Required two new tyres. Service team got me new tyres at a reasonable price. Fitted & valeted hassle free. Fantastic service. 10/10
