I’ve used Pickering before and their service was very good and helpful so for that reason, I went with them again. They were helpful and reliable; I also found the ford reasonably priced.

Getting there slowly with the VW Caddy. I chose Pickering because they offered the best value out of the other places I looked at. Overall, so far, I’m satisfied with the car.

It was as a difficult vehicle to get used to in the first place, there’s been a lot of stalling with the clutch but apart from that, it’s doing the job we brought it for. We are happy with the process and how it worked.

The chap who delivered the VW caddy to us was a really pleasant chap and even parked it on the drive for us. I had one before for years and never let us down but decided to go for a new one with lower mileage.

Great communication and the fact they could deliver was great. It was the only available ford I could find that offered a wheelchair accessible. Overall, the delivery process was quick which I appreciated in the end.
