Phil was brilliant. He took us through everything and was very good. I actually bought two cars on the same day, one for myself and one for my sister. The only reason I marked the experience down was the pricing. I was expecting a bit more of a discount for buying two cars from the forecourt at the same time, but they weren't willing to reduce the price by very much. That was my only disappointment and the only thing I'd have improved. Apart from that, the experience was good

Golf has been pretty good overall. A couple of weeks after I bought it, the 12 volt battery needed replacing. I got it sorted myself, and because I had a warranty, Ponko contributed towards the cost, which I appreciated. Other than that, the car has been fine. The dealership was good. It was a bit busy when I visited, but it was a Sunday, so that's not something they could control. Everyone was friendly

The Vauxhall Corsa has been working quite well and it's been very comfortable, which is important as I do long journeys for work. I chose it because of the low mileage and how comfortable it was, and it's definitely been a good purchase. My experience with Ponko was all good I was able to take the car for a test drive, and everything went well. I'd recommend them to others, although they are quite far away from where we are.

The Volkswagen Scirocco has been pretty good. When I first bought it, it had a lot of issues, and I kept getting warning lights. I took the car back to Ponko three or four times, and they worked through the problems. They were quite accommodating, carried out an extensive road test, and fixed the issues. The car is all good now. The salesman definitely knew his stuff and was likeable enough from what I saw. Although the issues at the start were frustrating, the dealership was helpful in getting everything resolved.

Salesman was excellent. I contacted him with an enquiry and he got back to me within fifteen minutes. He also arranged a test drive for me on the same day, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions. I've already recommended Ponko.

The Mini Hatch has been brilliant. The car is very reliable, it's a good car, and it's been working well since I bought it. It's also perfect for city roads, which is exactly what I wanted. This was my first time buying from Ponko. I actually travelled from London because I wanted to use a dealership with a good reputation. I looked at around 50 cars and different dealerships before finding one that met my requirements, and I felt Ponko lived up to its reputation. They did a good job and I'm very happy with both the car and the service I received.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from Ponko and the car was great i really enjoyed driving it. The experience at the dealership was good overall. We went through a few negotiations to get the right deal, and everything went okay in the end. I dealt with Kye, who was helpful throughout the process.

Bought the Ford Fiesta for my daughter. I was very happy with the service. We did have an issue initially, but they rectified it efficiently and quickly and overall I am very pleased and have no reason to recommend it to others who are looking to buy a car.

Wasn't necessarily looking for the Audi A3 but saw it on the website. I'm happy I went with it in the end. Everything whilst I was at Ponko was perfect. Michael answered all my questions and took me for a test drive.
