Please do not use this company. Utterly terrible. Arranged to buy a car, with a part-ex on mine - at an agreed price. A 200 mile trip for me but it was a car I really wanted. Asked them to make sure the car was ready, good to go and fully charged. Got there at 10am. Waited an hour before anyone saw me. Inexplicably, the car was off-site, unvaleted and with a totally flat battery. They eventually brought it to the dealership and put it on charge. It was up to 20% at this point. I asked if it was going to be valeted but stressed that I only wanted that doing if they could do so whilst leaving it charging, which they assured me they would. They checked my car over and promptly offered £1,200 less than the agreed figure based on largely made-up 'issues' with the car. After I complained, they waived their administration fee and upped the offer slightly. I'd driven a long way and just wanted to go, so I agreed. FOUR HOURS later, everything was finally done. Asked what the charge was and was told 'still 20%'. For some completely unknown reason, they had unplugged it to valet it, despite me stressing not to do so. Who wants to be a shiny clean car on the hard shoulder... So I left and obviously with a 200 mile journey, had to find a fast charger - £50 put of pocket. 5 miles up the road, I get a warning that all the tyres need inflating - not even basic checks done by them. Day ruined. Never ever use this company.

I would rate my experience a 5. The customer service was excellent. The car was exactly as described and shown online. We got to test drive the car where we saw some additional features that made me like the car even more. I love that my new car was valeted before I drove it home. Alex was great in answering all our queries and helping me get a deal I was happy with. The only thing was the admin/ filling out all the paperwork took longer than expected. However I guess it was necessary and saved me having to do it at a later date. Overall very happy with my experience and definitely purchase a car at Prestige Cars Kent again.

Jess at the dealership was very good, and the vehicle I bought has been running well other than a few minor things. This was my first time buying a car, and I appreciated the information I was given throughout the process.

My new Audi A8 is lovely, and I am enjoying it very much. Sam at Prestige Cars was extremely helpful. I would give it 10 out of 10.
