Going very well with the Range Rover I’ve bought. I have been there before and went back doe to their service. They gave me advice on trading in etc, very helpful. I found them very honest, upfront and have a great range of decent motors. Connor was very helpful but the whole team were amazing.

Ive had a Ranger before and this one is a plug in hybrid and it’s a massive improvement on the diesel version. Much more refined vehicle. I went to Prestige Cars Kent and there wasn’t any VAT on the car. I traded my other vehicle in but there was a slight misunderstanding with the valuation. The condition of the Ranger was spot on, it was a good price and happy with the deal. My experience on the day was fine, staff were very good. No complaints at all. Original owner had ket the charging cable and the keys to the window on the truck top but we received both of them in the post from the dealership, we were relieved they got it sorted. The dealers set up is very impressive, modern, clean premises and offered coffee when we got there after a long journey. Both Sam & Connor were great.

Everything’s ok with the Audi but there were some issues on the day. There was a box of docs in the car that goes with the car but on collection they weren’t there. I needed proof of check & service they did but I haven’t got it so had to go get Audi service. I couldn’t pick the car up straight away so had to drive back home some distance and they said they would valet it and put in full tank of fuel and but they didn’t do that. I asked for a cold start to check the car and ended up with a video of the sales person starting the car but he didn’t bring it to the forecourt. I spoke to management to resolve things and the end bit is better than the beginning bit. I wanted the car as it had low milage and id driven some distance to get it. End of day there were a decent company.

Vehicles good. I was looking for the car and it popped up. Staff were good with questions but abit too pushy by the salesman Ivan. I read some Trustpilot reviews to gauge their feedback, wasn’t too many bad one’s, that’s why we proceeded. Still waiting for logbook, I mentioned it to them few days ago but generally its been ok, moving things forward and payment no massive issue.

I love the BMW I got from Prestige Cars Kent. Everyone was cautious and very nice. Three stars as it was very busy with people coming in and out all the time. However, Jack was very good, straightforward. Three hours turnaround. No complaints

I’m liking the Mercedes I bought. I was searching for this particular model and they had it. I made an appointment to see the car, they arranged the finance. I would recommend them to others.

My Audi Q8’s a lovely car. I was searching on Autotrader and they have a good selection of car and they do high end cars aswell. I had a test drive over the weekend but it was a bit manic. The lad dealing with me was missing out some details on the day but no issues with the him, he was a good lad. I wanted a few scratches buffed out but weren’t done on collection but I wanted the car so took it and I’m happy with it. They were professional.

All good at the moment, the BMW is currently back with BMW for an outstanding recall. Joe was great, really helpful, and the customer experience with him has been great!
