Not at all interested in any issues. Sold me a car with 2 illegal and dangerous tyres. Not in the slightest bothered. Even the customer service don’t get back to you. Would never shop here again and would say stay away.. Steven wiseman in Grimsby

Well what can I say about Stoneacre Grimsby...... we actually found a car salesman with a sense of humour and actually wanted to help us. (After two competitors let us down) TOM listened to our dilema just over a week ago and also no pressure was applied, He provided us with the information we required and gave us time to make a decision. To his surprise we were back the following day for a test drive. In a Kia Stonic 4 which was packed with gadgets One week later our car was ready for collection. All the staff at Kia were superb and gave top class service from beginning to end, including all the gadgets clearly explained as we made the transformation ftom a Manual to an Automatic. We even had a follow up call the following day to check if we were happy with the car. Note if you are really lucky you may even get a hot drink or two served by Penny. The fabulous GLIDER air hostess lol. Well done and thanks to Tom Smith for our purchase.

When we visited Stoneacre in Grimsby we were met by the lovely showroom assistant who introduced us to Leanne..we were offered coffee etc, Leanne is very polite and funny and a pleasure to be around,we collected our car on the Friday and the area manager Jonathon even treated us to fish and chips yum yum...any time we contact Leanne or Tom or Jonathon we are treated with politeness and nothing is too much trouble.we know where we will buy our next car from. well done to a great team :)

We were shown a video recording of the under carriage including testing tyre depths . Outstanding! We spent a very enjoyable time at the dealership. We cannot fault the staff and service. Thank you all at Stoneacre Grimsby.
