I've found a few issues with the Vito since I purchased it. The left hand A/C vent needs replacing and I'm struggling with the handbrake, but the New Forest branch have ordered replacement parts and everything else is fine. I found the staff to be friendly and respectable, and they ordered me some new wiper blades too as mine were a bit noisy. There was a bit of a delay from taking out the finance to getting the van which was disappointing as I needed it for work, but I think this is down to the festive holidays in December. I'd rate the people five stars, but their communication could've been better. I felt like I was doing a lot of chasing over the holidays, so I've decided to score my overall experience a three out of five.

Everything’s been fine with the van apart from a sensor issue. The guys did try to replace it before I picked it up, but I think they had the wrong part as it wouldn’t fit. They sorted everything else that needed doing and said they’d give me a call once the correct part came into stock. I’ve not heard anything yet, so I’ll chase Josh to see what’s happening. Aside from that it’s all been good. They said they’d fix any issues which they have done — apart from that sensor. I do a bit of plumbing and was using my Jaguar to carry pipes and tools which was starting to ruin the leather, so I decided to get a van to save spoiling the interior. It’s only a small van being a Fiesta, but it does what I need it to do. I’ve told Vansco I’ll be back next year to upgrade to something bigger and I’d definitely recommend them too.

Everything’s going alright so far. I’ve done about 500 miles in the Vivaro over the last couple of weeks and I’m not having any issues, so touch wood it stays that way! After having a car for a while, I needed something a bit bigger as I’m self-employed, so this is the third van I’ve bought during my career and I’ve always used Vansco. I even recommended them to a company I used to work for when they were looking to sell a van. They were good and dealt with what I needed, but there’s always room for improvement so I never give anyone a five haha!

The Peugeot Partner I bought for my business is all good. I'm not interested in test-drives so the team showed me around the van, then I just checked it over and just took it!

Service light reset without the service being carried out - confirmed that the old oil filters were in the van. A service being carried out was part of the deal. Vinyl removed by steam cleaner and not machine polished afterwards as agreed and paid for. Roof being damaged by the removal process with all panels dented on the roof. Instructions not followed on preparation of the van. Promised valet not carried out and interior of the van absolutely filthy. Lack of feedback / contact during the purchasing process with no ownership taken by vansco of the process. Despite several emails being sent, received and read (email tracking) no response by the salesman and no calls returned.
