When we got there, it was pretty stressful. We knew the car we wanted, and we paid for extra servicing and paint treatment. We then found out we couldn't take the car that day because a layer of dust had been sealed into the paint work by the coating. We then had to arrange childcare to pick up the car the next day. Our salesman was perhaps lacking attention to detail and it was frustrating experience in all. The car has been fine so far though. we're enjoying it. I'll give them 3 stars because it could have been smoother.

If i had to rate it i would give 5 out 5, the employee I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and could have a good laugh with. I am very pleased with my car and would recommend Nuneaton car sales to a family member or friend.

Adam who was the salesman that assisted me was a really nice guy. My only slight criticism would be I like to get things done quite quickly but I did have to wait a little bit. In general, the experience was fine and the car has been perfect!

Brilliant experience - lovely colleagues, they answered every question that I had. Jacque was lovely - he was very reassuring and I felt comfortable buying the car from him. The car is beautiful too, I'm loving it!

Would say 4. The interior of the car doesn't seem to have been valeted. Apart from the comment above the sale procedure was very efficient and we would recommend Nuneaton Car Sales to anyone.

The service was brilliant, from start to finish.

I would give them a 3. They were quick and easy to deal with but they had stamped the service book and when I checked the oil it was filthy. I changed the oil and filter when I got home and the oil definitely hadn't been changed for 1000's of miles. Also the ceramic coating I paid for had been haphazardly sprayed over dirt without a wash I would suggest and not polished off and the interior had been sprayed with something but not wiped up. Also I haven't received my V5 document yet. Apart from that they were fine.
