Jacque was brilliant during the sale, he was really honest and made me feel confident in the Mini. I have a privet reg for the car, I was waiting for the paperwork to come from the DVLA for 5 weeks to transfer it over. When I phoned the DVLA and they said nothing was sent over so I’ve had to chase it as I was worried about the Tax. The car was also serviced right before I came to collect it, and it had a fresh MOT for 12 months which was great. I would 100% recommend Nuneaton Car sales!

My experience with Nuneaton Car Sales was really good to be honest, it was all pretty straightforward. There was one small issues with the V5 form however after calling in it was all sorted over the phone, all in all the service was really good. We’re quite local and the reviews online looked quite positive so we went down and had a look at the DS 3. I was really please with how welcomeness the staff and the whole process we went though. The salesmen are very friendly and give you the knowledge you need to know about the car.

The other car packed up so wanted a new one. I was desperate for a car and as I know Fords I went for this one. They have a lot of cars for sale. Nuneaton offered me £50 for my car which I declined and got more elsewhere. I like to do fishing so this car suited me, it was handy as plenty of room in the back.

The proximity of Nuneaton Car Sales and not having a car in between selling mine and getting the new one was a big thing and I’d heard a lot of verbal reviews that they are good. They were very quick in terms of me registering my interest that day. The car was reserved and everything was done very quickly, very good in their communication. Jacque was really good in explaining a lot of stuff. There was an issue but it was sorted under warranty so everything’s good. I can't fault them but I don't give a perfect score hence four star rating. I would return for my next car & ive already recommend family and friends who are looking already.

The Kona is great, I didn’t have any issues with it. The staff at the dealership felt a but pushy trying to sell me extras I was not interested in, and when I went to pick up the car some of the things I pointed out as not clean were not cleaned. Overall, I also didn’t have any major issues with Nuneaton Car sales, it was a standard dealership experience and Tristan was mostly fine.

We have been getting on really well with the car. The service at Nuneaton Car Sales was excellent. I went to the dealership with my son and daughter in law, and when we got home, my son said, "When I replace my car, that is where I will be going," so it was a very good experience.

Tristan was great on the day. There are two holes in windscreen, I haven’t had time to reach out to the dealership around and I have a feeling both the side mirrors have been replaced. Other than that the car is doing good.

The Vauxhall Outlander has been amazing, I couldn't have been treated any better at Nuneaton. It was Lewis I dealt with mainly, I'll give it a five for the best!

There were quite a few marks on the car that we didn’t initially see, but I should have looked more or maybe they could have someone with customers when looking at the cars. We felt a bit rushed, we saw the car then test drove and did the paperwork. I would have preferred a more personal approach, but with that said we are happy with the Vauxhall Grandland, the mileage wasn’t too high, it wasn’t too expensive & would buy from them again if they had another car in our price range.

Ivan at Nuneaton Car Sales was helpful and patient, I had an issue with the EGR spring, which they helped me resolve. I do have an issue with the acceleration, but my warranty has run out, so I am just in the process of trying to sort that, but other than that, I've been getting on okay with the Range Rover Evoque.
