I absolutely love the Polo. I honestly can't fault the dealership. Michael was fantastic. He was welcoming and very nice throughout.

I'm getting on well with my Audi A3 and, apart from one small thing that needs repairing, it seems good so far. The dealership was great and everything there was good. I dealt with Jack, and I was really happy with the service I received. The car is booked in to have the repair sorted under the warranty, as there's a squeaking from the brake area. They've already said they'll sort it out.

Dealt with Bodgan on the day, who was very good, and then went to collect the car and dealt with someone else who was also very good. Based on my experience at Ponko, I would recommend it.

I was looking online for a low mileage car and found the Peugeot 3008 at Ponko. I had a Kia 2022 previously. The Peugeot, being 7 years old, is a better car. When I went to test drive it, it drove like a brand new car. I've already recommended Ponko to two people. Compared to even going to a dealership to buy a new car, you get the feeling they just want the money, but not Ponko. They were the other way round and made me feel very comfortable. If you are looking to buy a second hand car, it is definitely worth giving them a visit.

Pleased with the Volkswagen Passat and the dealership. They dealt with me quickly and had a good selection of cars available. Currently waiting for them to get me booked in for an issue with the radio, but other than that, the car is running well.

The BMW I3 has been good. Generally a positive experience.

My new Tiguan has been good, and so was Jack, the salesman who I dealt with.
