There was nothing to criticise with my experience with Ponko, they were perfect. The ford focus is a solid car. It seemed like a logical choice to buy from them due to there great reviews.

I was happy to have the Vauxhall Corsa as they are so rare to get hold of now and Ponko was the best option to get one from. The process was quick, easy and simple.

The ease of test driving the car I thought was nice. The sales team don’t push you which was good in that sense. I do think the 1-month warrantee coverage could be more competitive as a consumer standpoint.

I was initially planning to look at the Toyota Yaris however I saw the Renault Clio which looked like a really good car. I did notice a scratch on one of the wheels before the purchase however that got resolved. They were really good at communicating and understanding as it was my first car.
