Purchased a car in September 2020, Audi A5 everything was fine wanted the car so wasn’t too worried about the the deposit issues (it would seem everyone else had) they pushed hard for the extended warranty (I’ve never done these) the car has since had a fault, engine coolant leak. Local garage has looked at it and the seam has split. Ok I thought I have a six month warranty for peace of mind(as per their website) guess what it’s in the “it’s not covered cause”. There only offer is to get the car back to them for a discounted repair, I explained I lived 120 miles away and couldn’t risk driving it with such a problem, the response “it’s my problem for buying a car from that distance” So would I recommend them, NO Would I buy from them again, NO the good reviews seem to be true, and trust me when something goes wrong the bad ones are as well. They will do everything for you, until you leave there forecourt then forget about it.

I knew what I wanted, they had it, and a deal was struck.

Picked up my car today and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The level of service I have received throughout the whole purchase process has been fantastic. Just purchased a 4 year old Land Rover Evoque. The sale was handled professionally and and in very little time. Pick up was arranged 5 days later and all paperwork completed efficiently. A big thank you to Thomas.

Very negative feedback for Powerlease. They pushing for deposit to secure the car. Lots of issue when arrived.

Powerlease always encourage buyer to make a deposit to secure the car, they did the same thing with me. When I saw the car there was a big dent on the front bumper and lots of spot on the body. Car mileage also 1500 miles higher then description. When I told them I don't want this car , Tom (sales guy) told me I will loose my deposit if I don't buy this car. It's a kind of trap! He was not ready to fix the problem. Later on I had to buy the car and fix the problem from outside. They are not helpful at all. Don't go to powerlease please.

I published a review on the Powerlease website but I'm sure they won't approve it, as they're perfectly rated there and badly rated here. I bought a car from them this time last year, and have had many problems since, and have spent a lot of money repairing it. I then went to have my MOT today, and it failed on everything that was supposedly 'fixed' in the MOT they gave me. Bolts were GLUED into my wheels. I had previously almost lost a wheel due to the bolts not being in properly, so clearly it was the same problem with all of the wheels and not just that first one. Terrible quality of car, they charged me £2600 for a Honda Jazz 2008 (overpriced) but promised me the quality and service would be worth it. Avoid them, they do not care about your safety as long as they're paid.
