I had been searching for a specific car for several weeks. Most dealerships appeared to be quite pushy and condescending. I was at the point of purchasing from another dealer, Fortunately I found out they were not a reputable company. Thank goodness I found Tim at Thames Valley Cars. I found him relaxed, knowledgeable and very approachable. I drove away in my new car reassured and felt I had received a really positive customer experience. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

After having an awful experience with a different car dealership I was very worried/cautious of dealerships on the whole. However, I had an amazing experience buying from Thames Valley Cars, no pressure to buy, completely transparent about car history and a knowledgable seller.. not surprised they have been in business for so long! I've had my lovely red cross for about 4 months now and I love it, I did have an engine light come on after about a week (turned out it had just tripped itself on) and they were amazing - took my car to them the same day to be diagnosed and was told to come back if the light ever came back 0n.. it didn't and is running perfectly. Will definitely buy from them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Still delighted with the 2012 Ford Focus I bought from TV Cars 8 months ago. This was the first time I’d bought a used car from a dealer so I was a little wary, however Tim inspired confidence about the car’s history and was helpful & reassuring throughout. The car was absolutely pristine on collection. A minor issue with the door trim a month or two later was resolved swiftly, courteously and without a quibble. No hesitation in recommending TV Cars and would certainly consider buying from them again myself when the time comes.
